LAS CENAS DE LA 103 M&M

Hotel que supero mis expectativas buena ubicación personal capacitado con ascensor buen ubicado, buenas instalaciones, solo un par de situaciones que resolvieron de inmediato, si bien el ruido de las discotecas puede perturbar el sueño para las personas sensibles

El hotel tiene un montón de cosas buenas ya que se encuentra en excelente ubicación, cerca de la quinta avenida ( está a la vuelta del hotel) cerca de la central de autobuses de ADO de playa del Carmen, cerca de la terminal marítima del ferry para ir a Cozumel. Tiene alberca, camastro cómodos, recepción las 24 horas, guarda equipaje, elevador, estacionamiento y son amables. Que es lo malo? Pocas cosas: la cama es muy dura ( al día siguiente sentía que me habían golpeado de lo adoloridos que estabamos) para ducharte tienes que entrar a la tina, la cual esta sumamente resbaloso y puede causar un accidente. Al salir, te resguardan el equipaje, pero no te prestan al menos un cuarto sin limpieza para bañarte o cambiarte, por lo que nos enjuagarse en la regadera de la alberca sin podernos quitar el traje de baño. Y cambiarnos en el pequeño baño mojado fue muy incómodo, y más porque íbamos varias personas. Solo por estos detalles es que no lo pongo como excelente.

Let me first start off and tell you that the reception staff and maids are absolutely lovely really helpful my issue is not them at all. I'm going to write this review completely honest because I don't want another person to go in blind like I did. If you like sleep and you like quiet do not stay at this hotel. First of all when we arrived at hacienda del Caribe after an 11 hour flight we were told we were being moved to their sister hotel which is a bit of a walk with a disabled child our daughter and four suitcases anyway we were tired and happily agreed.The hotel is the most noisiest hotel I have ever been in and we have travelled the world.Not street noise that I can understand as it's the town no it is people inside the hotel because the windows are sheet thin and the doors have huge gaps the security do not care. I took videos of the noise.i complained to the hotel who moved us up a floor however we were without a room entirely from 11am until 4pm my disabled son needs a quiet room and this is unacceptable. The noise was just as bad I took more videos of a man trying to kick our door down I rang reception for security no answer my husband ran out to restrain him as he was biting guests and he strangled the receptionist armed police turned up then security I did not feel safe after this and I told them this. It was packed with people who were like wild animals screaming all hours day and night not once told to be quiet? It ruined the holiday if I'm honest but you get what you pay for.oh might I add aswell I had earplugs in! Pros Pools nice but could do with a scrub The staff especially the maids are just lovely Local to everything really If you want to party definitely your hotel Cons Noisy like extremely noisy Attracts the wrong kind of people noisy, rude obnoxious The large windows to the room are extremely unsafe can easily be broken into The beds are like concrete The cafe next door is overpriced for the food you get but that's all of plays del Carmen horrible food

Do not expect them to have a hotel room for you, even if you booked through expedia months earlier and recieve an email the day before your stay welcoming you. I had confirmation numbers and was stranded on the sidewalk with all of our luggage and had to find a last minute hotel.

Realice una reserva por medio de una agencia en línea, sin embargo al corroborar que todo esté en orden realice una llamada para validar que la reserva este bien y me contestaron que si está reservadas mis fechas pero que ellos no se hacen responsables por las cancelaciones que aún así sea el mismo día se podía cancelar y que mejor realice la reservación por medio directo con el hotel en un tono amenazante dijo que sobre aviso no hay engaño, entonces ya no estoy conforme, quiero ver qué tanto riesgo corremos al perder la reserva.

Una ubicación inmejorable! Ubicado entre la 2 y la quinta avenida. La habitación del hotel es tal cual las fotos que te muestran. Nos toco una habitación en el segundo piso con balcón a la calle. Divinamente amoblada y muy muy comoda. El único punto en contra del hotel es que no cuenta con cocina ni restaurante pero hay buenas opciones en su reemplazo como el café de la esquina que se llama "Ah cacao" y ofrece opciones de primera en café, o el restaurante de al lado del hotel que tiene precios económicos considerando que te dan un tazón de frutas y panes y mermelada con manteca pero el café que sirven parece agua de pozo. Destaco la atención en el hotel de los dos chicos y la chica de recepción que son muy simpáticos y amables y remarco la mala onda del guardia de la noche que ni siquiera devolvía el saludo. Sin dudas volvería.

Es bonito y la atención del personal es muy buena , está pendientes de lo que necesitas, siempre limpio y súper ubicación , playa cerca , 5ta av a una cuadra , ideal para descansar y salir a divertirse el restaurante está aún lado y la comida es deliciosa muy basta y económica , además te atienden como en casa

We stayed there with 2 children amd nearby discos were so loud it was not possible to sleep until 2 am. Hotel staff was kind and helpful and we liked the layout of the hotel, just like Mexican movies. Breakfast was ok and of good choice. Good for people who like night life, but definitely not for families with kids.

When we arrived, we thought this looks good. Sadly this feeling ended when I showered and returned to the bedroom to find a leak coming from above the air con. It gradually got better until the people in the room next door showered and the puddle got bigger. Reception assured me twice that some one would come and look at it but what they actually meant was, we'll wait until people stop showering and pretend there's nothing wrong... they give me a 10% off voucher for a local restaurant, but I'd rather have a room that doesn't have an electrical hazard. Thank god its just one night! Avoid room 302.

My family and I are foodies and love to eat, drink, and learn about a culture Bartender Felipe was extremely friemdly and was great with drinks and conversation in espanol he went above and beyond to ensure our drinks was made to perfection and even memorized what we liked so that every time we came in we didnt have yo ask he immediately made our daquiries and mojitos just the waybwe liked astrid and mario made our time spent im the japanese restaurant superb astrid was very flexible in scheduling and made the wait for a table more tolerable with good conversation. very good woman. very friendly. Mario was an amazing waiter. fast. accurate. couldnt have expected more. Was a very good waiter. Same with Neftali. He was on point man. he was by far The fastest waiter in the italian restaurant it seemed. Neftali was so fast with everything was almost as if he never took a break. He was definetly rekemberable in the italian restaurant. And I cant forget my good amigonBenito. He went out of his way to let me use his phone to see the digital menu at the hacienda grill when I left mine in my room. If you visit here be sure to give these guys a shout. they will def enhance an already incredible experience.

Have just had the best 7 days at this hotel, the staff were all helpful and very friendly, I have to mention Oscar and Alfredo the barmen working at the pool bar, they were just the best, nothing was too much trouble

This hotel is at the great location, the first parallel street next to main pedestrian area. So, it is in the center, but without much noise (except if your room is at the south side, than you will hear music from the bar). Rooms are very nice, maybe a little bit less than it should be for this category of a hotel, but the general impression is positive. Hotel has a small swimming pool for chilling, and also rooftop can be used. Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

I was here with my girlfriend as an anniversary visit and was definitely amazing. The staff was super nice and they really take care about Covid-19 precautions and customer happiness. Thank you very much and see you next time!
