DON'T GO. I'm French and trust me this is a scam. They sell you poorly cooked, warmed up food and use "French cuisine" as an excuse to charge you 5x the price.
The bread was several days old, aspergus not cooked, they were missing 80% of the items on the menu, service is below bad.
Foie gras costs >450 pesos, and it's not real one with minuscule portion. When we sent it back saying we won't pay that much for that and that it was unacceptable they didn't even argue.
I don't know if the restaurant is about to close or something, but again avoid at any cost!

Another great birthday evening with Les Cépages, a top-notch surprise menu, wines in harmony with each dish. Salvador our favorite chef really made us happy, we had an excellent evening. Thanks to the whole brigade! Hasta Pronto...

First and foremost, they overcharged us by $100USD. I didn’t want to make a scene with my kids, so I just left. That said, the food was true-to-form French; everything was very similar in presentation and technique to the cuisine we had in Paris. French food isn’t particularly well seasoned and is a bit light on the salt. If that’s what you prefer, this is the place for you. If you prefer more seasoning and flavor, I suggest getting local food. They also added extra costs that were not advertised. When I looked at the menu online (after leaving) they definitely overcharged us by at least $100USD. I’m assuming because we are American. I wish we hadn’t left a large tip, knowing now they did this. Other than that, they were very accommodating of our kids and were very pleasant. It was a bit slow, but I’m assuming it’s because the food was cooked in a very authentic French fashion. The only thing we all agreed was delicious and worth the money, was the rack of lamb and three cheese soufflé appetizer. Everything else was…very French. Meaning bland. But again…that’s exactly how authentic French food is.

I love this restaurant, it’s my favourite in the whole of Cancun. The food is incredible! We love the duck so much we return to eat it every time, and the mushroom starter I tried was the best I’ve had in my life! The deserts are also outstanding. A little slice of high quality French food in Cancun, who would have thought?? Go try it!

We are two French women passing through Mexico and we stopped at the Cépage restaurant. A very nice discovery, pretty decoration, excellent cuisine and French service. Bravo to the chef and the waiter

I cannot recommend this restaurant. Although the welcome is warm and excellent, the dishes, apart from being well presented, are tasteless and even inedible: fish served uncooked with a taste of fish. I couldn't eat it. The beef fillet, tasteless and of an improbable texture....I'm sorry for this very negative opinion because the chef is very friendly....
We discovered real French cuisine, the taste, the aromas, nothing is missing, don't hesitate, it's a pearl to discover.

An intimate place, with a relaxed atmosphere, ideal to share with family, friends or as a couple, the truly exquisite food surprised me a lot, comparing it with restaurants in Mexico City, how au pied de cochon, I dare say that much better cuisine and at super competitive prices, An outstanding experience, the treatment of all the people who work there is also very good, really highly recommended!

Terrible service, expensive and bad temper of the Chef. It's not worth it.

Les Cepages and Chef Sal is the best dining experience in Cancun. We always look forward to dining at Les Cepages, it's head and shoulders above any restaurant in the hotel zone and honestly the most wonderfully prepared food we have ever eaten. Dining there is a wonderful experience and the attention to every detail is fabulous.
délicieux tartare de thon
