Lobster house

Will write a separate review of the Excellence Resort in general, but for anyone looking for feedback on The Lobster House within the resort, I hope this helps. The food was exceptional (fresh, perfectly prepared, and delicious... lobster, salmon and so much more). I don't typically like warm water lobster, but this was phenomenal. But the BEST part was the staff. Thank you Chef, Saul!! Hostess, Sheydi, Waiter Alejandro and Manager, Grorsa. The GM needs to praise this team and do whatever it takes to keep them.

I heard so many reviews regarding the lobster house that We were excited to try it out. We heard that you can eat scampi’s and Lobster at all times which ended up to true it was only offered at supper time and they were so small that they looked like scampi’s. The scampi itself was a really shrimps and nothing was good. Way to fishy. At lunch we ordered a turkey club which had a very tiny piece of turkey barely could see with the eye, a hard small piece of bacon and a soggy piece of salad. I can’t tell you enough how terrible the food was.

Great fish and steaks with a staff that is the most polite and helpful ever. Everyone is so happy and make your experience so enjoyable.

Guadalupe and Miguel took the best care of us at breakfast this morning. So pleasant and wanted to make sure we were having the best time on our vacation. Christifano made sure our food was prepared how we wanted. First class service!

The Lobster House breakfast was fantastic and Guadalupe and Miguel were the best servers. Spice was the best dinner with delicious sushi. The Grill had the best fish tacos and the Martini bar served the best drinks.

Super nice view, and of course elevated service. There were bees flying around periodically, so bring an epi pen if allergic. Ho, the bees were non aggressive and easily shoo-ed away, lol. Great food wth lots of options. The also do breakfasts.
