I didn’t expect much, but it’s delicious? The pizza is very authentic. The fish and pasta are also delicious, and the service staff is very friendly, especially Mr. Carlos and David. It’s a wonderful dining experience??
This is a lovely spot for a casual lunch. We were 4 adults with 3 kids and we sat outside in our bathing attire and ordered up some pizzas and appetizers. The food is delicious and the service smooth and friendly. We've had excellent dinners here in the past and our lunch was delightful. Highly recommended

What stands out at Lorenzo’s and Hyatt’s Ziva Cancun in general is that EVERYONE AND EVERY RESTAURANT here is SUPER ACCOMMODATING. I can’t stress this enough. The staff here is well trained and it shows that they like working here at Hyatt’s Ziva Cancun. We talked to several staff members and all said the same thing…they were happy at their workplace.Lorenzo’s nigh manager and our waiter were super kind and understanding to our autistic son’s dietary needs. Honestly the best hotel we’ve ver been to in our whole life. It is our second time at Hyatt Ziva Cancun and we will definitely be back again next year!!

The best experience at Hyatt Ziva! Our waitress was Amayrani. She was so sweet, helpful, and genuine. We really enjoyed having conversation with her and hope to see her again when we return. Ezzio and Luis made our night special with a delicious dessert. Both of them were so friendly! The best restaurant AND guest experience at Hyatt Ziva. The food was delicious. Definitely make sure that you go here during your stay.

To sum up...We were so sad about the experience of the French restaurant. We left it to go to lorenzo and wow what great staff and great food. Nothing to do with the snobs of the Bastille who think that we are poor if we ask for the house wine! Awful.Thank you for having received us so well lorenzo and great attitude!!!!! Excellent service and great food.
