My wife and I had the charcoal prawns and noodles in spinach sauce. The prawns came over cooked and the noodles tasted like buttered spaghetti with no sauce. For dessert my wife had the pear with wine and I had the Vegan brownie. The pear was great and the brownie had the consistency of slightly wet baby powder and had a dirt taste (not recommended). Overall the atmosphere was great and they staff did an okay job of service but the food menu needs a complete overhaul.
Vegetarian options: Began options available.
Dietary restrictions: They take all dietary restrictions into account at the door.

The food is good! very good, great service always had a positive attitude. Especially at Lemon Fish! Jeorge was a great server! love him ? definitely made my vacation experience even better. Good food means good vacation
My wife and I went to Paradisus for our honeymoon and had the best time ever! We opted for the Reserve package and our concierge George went above and beyond to help us out with everything we needed! Jessica and Nicole were tremendously helpful in getting us cabanas every day (highly recommend) and always made sure we had everything we need. Every night before dinner we would head to Ginger 2 (inside bar) where the incredibly friendly bartenders Karina, Gaby, and Valentin always greeted us with smiles and prepared our usuals (the most delicious and beautifully garnished gin and tonics we’ve ever had). Their service was phenomenal and you could tell they genuinely wanted us to have the best time.
Fantastic service. 5* Service by Noe! We are vegetarian and were well catered for, including the kids! Would highly recommend this. Food was exceptionally prepared with great presentation and high quality ingredients!
The worst experience from the moment we checked in. I’ve been at this hotel when it was the gran Meliá and they should’ve stayed that way because this hotel isn’t worth $100. We stayed in the reserve section, it was a ghost town away from civilization! No swim up bar the bar by the pool closed at 4 while all the other ones are open smh. We booked two rooms next to each other. We got one room on one floor and the other room on another level. They said they couldn’t give us rooms together because they were booked and there was literally nobody there. We had no air conditioning and our refrigerator didn’t work so we had to move the next day to another room and what a coincidence The room was next to our friends room, where we wanted to be the night before when we checked in. The elevators wasn’t working. we requested The room to be decorated for my friend’s birthday it never happened. We were supposed to have bottles of champagne in our rooms. Nothing we requested double beds we got a king size bed The breakfast was horrible. Everything was soggy and cold. Alcohol drinks were watered down. We had to walk, literally half mile to get to any restaurants in the hotel, or to see a human being. The only good thing about our stay, was our concierge Jose. I talked with upper management Aaron and told him all of our concerns. I never heard from him after the first night of our stay I’m sure it went in one ear and out the other the hotel looks like it’s going under. The staff is overworked they don’t clean the beach anymore so you can’t see white sand it’s covered with seaweed. The entertainment is a joke! Save your money and go someplace else! Horrible experience and waste of money!!!
Cancun was amazing!! What made it better was the waiter named Jorge at Lemon Fish in Paradisus Resort. You ask that man for a recommendation he will come back with dishes and drinks that are out of this world
Lemon Fish restaurant at Paradisus Cancun was awesome! Great food and drinks. Our waiter, Daniel Dainzú, was incredible. His service was perfect. But if that wasn’t enough, he gave us an amazing master class of Tequilas and Mezcales. A superb dining and learning experience thanks to Daniel. We’ll definitely be back!
The resort is beautiful. Very pleasant atmosphere. The rooms do need maintenance / upgrade for a luxury hotel. Overall, it was a nice experience. The beach area is nice. Plenty of pools to choose from and activities for the kids.
First night here. Exhausted and hot after a long day travling here and was so happy to come to the blue Agave for dinner. Food and Service was outstanding! Moises was so attentive! Also special thanks to Alfonzo and Adriana!
Amazing trip. All workers were super welcoming, caring and attentive to be at service. Not only were they good at their jobs but also enhanced the experience and made the trip so fun overall. They were super nice and friendly, and good to have conversations with. The ginger bar 2 was out favourite and we had a blast every night with Gaby, Karina, Valentin, and Pedro, and were sad to say our goodbyes from them. Addtionally, nothing beats waking up in the morning to go collect your morning coffee and having a warm good morning from the baristas at the nespersso bar. Food wise the food was nothing crazy and at times lacked flavour. Rooms were nice too.

I'd give negative stars if I could. The server came to me as soon as I was sat and I got a lemonade. No menu just the drink. 15 minutes went by and I watched him accomodate the family of four immediately to my right several times. We made eye contact more than once and he never came back to my table. After 20 minutes I stood up and started walking off. He immediately picked up my glass and we stared each other down as I made my exit. Didn't wave me back in to explain what just happened or anything. Never expected that on an all inclusive vacation. I had to settle for a dry bagel and banana from the fruit station by the check in desk. Horrid experience.
Highly recommend the grilled octopus, shrimp and rock (5 out of 5). brisquet has good flavor and cooking. And the arepa de birria. The birria is good, the arepa is ok. But it's only on a whim. TRES LECHES BRULEE is a small portion and very good

Paradisus Cancun This resort was spectacular. Our room was the Reserve Ocean View suite. Upon arrival we were directed to the Reserve area, which was in building 5. The Reserve check in was absolutely stunning. The relaxing music, the subtle smells of vanilla and lavender, the pools of running water, the hanging vines, the lanterns, all just a sensory delight. Check in took just a few minutes and we were escorted to our room by our concierge Jose. Jose made our dinner reservations for the week and said if we needed anything to let him know. Our room was just mere feet from the all day charcuterie board and bar. Julio made the perfect drinks. In the morning, there was a variety of fruits and breakfast snacks along with a coffee bar, juices and morning beverages, yes you could get a Mimosa or Bloody Mary. In the afternoon, this area has drinks alcoholic and non-alcoholic as well as meats, cheeses, warm snacks and desserts. Room Our room was perfect for us. Upon entering, the bathroom was on the left. The bathroom had a single sink with hand soap and lotion, as well as a few other boxed amenities, which we never opened. To the left of the sink was the water closet, to the right of the sink was what can only be described as a shower room. The shower room included the large soaking tub and the rainfall shower. The shower had excellent water pressure, one of the best showers we have experienced at any resort. The shower room was all glass, separated by a somewhat sheer curtain, perfect for the ocean views and sunlight, but not perfect for privacy. The shower included Biology shampoo, condition and shower gel. To the right across from the bathroom was the closet that included a safe, ironing board and umbrella. The closet had a light that doubled as a night light to the bathroom when the room was dark. The room had a king sized bed that was a bit hard on my back, but a mattress topper was added, and it was very helpful. The room had a sitting area near the balcony as well as a table with 2 chairs. It was sparsely decorated, but comfortable. The morning sunrise with ocean views was incredible beyond words. Restaurants When staying in the Reserve area you have access to Sante. This is where we ate upon arrival. Sante turned out to be our favorite place for breakfast and lunch. The food was fantastic and had the perfect ocean views. The staff at Sante was very attentive and made sure we didn’t need a thing. Sante is located right by the adult-only reserve pool. The restaurants we’re beautiful. They all had a different decor that was reflective of the menu and style of cuisine. There were many options that could accommodate a variety of tastes. That said, while the service and menu options were always excellent, the execution of the meal itself was somewhat anticlimactic given the beauty and attention that surrounded you. The food wasn’t bad, but it just seemed to be less elevated than all the other sensory queues. When staying in the Reserve area, you had a one time access to Sal’s Steak house (this restaurant is an extra charge if not staying in the reserve). Like Sante, Sal’s was excellent, the quality and creativity of the food were elevated compared to the other restaurants. We also had the opportunity to dine at Ceilo, Aqua Marina, Lemon Fish and Cappella. There were 2 mornings we opted for Malva, the breakfast buffet. However, once we discovered Sante had breakfast, we never went back to the buffet. Sante was just superior. One “must”, is the Kanna Beach Club (food at this location is an extra charge). Upon entering there is a small bar with swings and multiple seating areas. We discovered this small, out of the way spot while exploring the resort after dinner on a warm evening. The location is nestled into the side of the hotel facing the shore with about a 10 to 15 foot drop to the sand. It’s almost like a deck built on the side of a cliff overlooking the ocean. The surroundings are very casual, we sat on a couch near a coffee table facing the ocean. That in itself was great, but the way the location as designed meant that
