They have changed management and this hotel and the restaurants have lowered quality and there are fewer restaurants. The Manhattan from being my favorite, is now the worst poor quality of food and little. For the size of the hotel, there are few restaurants. I do not recommend it. What a disappointment, expensive and ugly.

Delicious food. The boneless wings were cold both times we ordered them but had good flavor. The American Salad is amazing as are the burgers and the pastor burrito. The cheesecake is not at all New York style and is dry. Try a different dessert here

Over the week I stayed at Seadust, I never had the opportunity to try the Manhattan menu. Of the times we sat at this restaurant, each we were served the menu from another restaurant. As such, I am only reviewing the venue, and the service, not the food itself.Service, as was consistent across my experience was quite good, as was the cleanliness, etc. I do wish Manhattan's menu was available to have tried though.
Sandwich menu so go for lunch not for dinner. Further they use the air conditioned Big Ben restaurant for lunch but open air Manhattan restaurant for dinner.My wife had a burger with fries and I had the grouper with fries. Excellent crinkle cut fries. Burger is sirloin so not the same as a fattier burger in the US. The fried grouper sandwich was excellent but I would suggest asking for a second piece as it is a big bun. "Dos piezas de pescado por favor."
