WiFi is not the greatest while going through Customs.
I was very disappointed with my experience at Margaritaville in Cancun airport. The quality of the food was subpar, and the prices were shockingly high for what we received. It felt extremely overpriced, and I certainly didn’t get my money’s worth. I would not recommend stopping here if you’re at the airport—there are better options elsewhere

Today (8/2/2024), I ordered a taco salad from Margaritaville Cancun Airport (it was a take out order). When I received it, the taco salad was huge, and it looked delicious! Looks can be deceiving though. There was very little meat on it; and when I say “very little,” I mean no more than one heaping tablespoon (if that!) There was very little cheddar cheese on it, and zero pico de gallo that I asked for (there was no black beans, corn, or guacamole on it, but I did ask for none of that). The taco salad was basically over 90% of lettuce, and I kid you not! It was such a disappointment, and for $18 I was hoping for a much better and delicious taco salad (I wish I would’ve taken a photo of it, but I wasn’t expecting to do this review either). Never again!

My co-worker and I ordered a sandwich to take away, and we asked the waiter for a menu and he got annoyed with us as if by asking what bothered him. He gave us a very ugly face. A tall flago boy standing next to the kitchen. They charged us a lot of money, the food was very bad. They gave us like 6 fries and charged us a lot of money. I do not recommend this restaurant. Horrible experience!

The disembarkation was terrible. Dirty environment, lazy and uncommitted employees, people lying on the floor when leaving the room to pick up their bags. It's a real war between taxi drivers when leaving. A nightmare. Boarding was much better. The stores are great, with a lot of good food options.

Nothing like getting charged a $100 a person for a shot and Cadillac margarita. Save your money for even the over priced resorts aren’t half this price.

Always our last stop before returning home from Cancun. Service is always great, food is terrific, and the final beverage makes it worthwhile. It always looks crowded, but you can honestly enjoy your meal as if you were sitting much further away. I suggest the Caribbean chicken salad- the pecans are so good. The portions are pretty good sized, you can share!

Jun 2024 - Margaritaville in the Cancun airport is always our last stop for food and one last margarita before heading back to Houston. The food is good. The service is always great. The atmosphere is always popping in the airport. It's just our tradition since traveling to Cancun to make the last stop. RIP Jimmy!
