The staff was phenomenal, with being a tourist and for whatever reason my credit card declining (even though there was funds and was working not even 10 minutes prior) the were so kind and understanding. Especially with the lack of Spanish we knew. The staff made the whole experience/ordeal better.

Never seen they are open in time. Looks like managers need to be trained better. Its dirty in all areas in the morning also, needs to be fixed for sure
