It has changed. There were several hosts but they were chatting among themselves very pleasantly and several people needed help to order directly. My burger came out almost cold. It's a shame, I feel like the service and quality is declining. I have been consuming Mc for more than 40 years, and sadly it is getting worse.

Bad service and terrible attention, an employee called BAAS ITZA was very rude, the service is 24 hours they were already inside and were talking, I knocked on the window to see if they could serve me and the very rude guy told me that they open later I told him it is a 24 hour service hours and he answers very rudely yes but I don't care we don't have employees!!! I wonder why the company says or marks the 24-hour service if they are not going to give it a bad time at McDonalds. I went to Starbucks and excellent service as always, they don't fail there, that's why it's quality. I love the speed with which they serve the place, so far the experience has been pleasant, especially because of the new updates they have had in the infrastructure, ordering through the application or on touch screens to order; which increases the ways to order your dish in an orderly manner and avoiding long lines.

I went to pick up a delivery order and Miss Verónica, who serves with a terrible attitude and ignoring the people waiting, finished delivering an order and when I approached the window to tell her what my order was, she slammed the window on me and when I spoke to him to tell him that this was not done and that he should give me my order. For some reason this franchise is being neglected a lot, lately the service leaves a lot to be desired, the place looks a bit dirty, and although it is remodeled, the service does not help.
