It has changed. There were several hosts but they were chatting among themselves very pleasantly and several people needed help to order directly. My burger came out almost cold. It's a shame, I feel like the service and quality is declining. I have been consuming Mc for more than 40 years, and sadly it is getting worse.
I love the speed with which they serve the place, so far the experience has been pleasant, especially because of the new updates they have had in the infrastructure, ordering through the application or on touch screens to order; which increases the ways to order your dish in an orderly manner and avoiding long lines.

If you order a Big Mac, you need to know they don’t have the thousand Island sauce that makes the Big Mac so good…so your Big Mac will be dry. They offer this “tasty” sauce that does not taste good. Alan came over to check on us and suggested the hot and spicy sauce which made it almost as good. Everything else was almost like the US, but it cost more.
