I went on Tuesday morning to pick up an order and unfortunately they did not have the supply of the requested food. When I asked the manager on duty Álvarez for help, her only response was I cannot put pressure on support to cancel when her responsibility as manager is to carry out the survey before starting operations to improve results. Two weeks ago I went to the establishment, went directly to the checkout, when we approached to place the order, they told us that half of the products were not available, in the end I only ordered some fries, by the way they were hot and the delivery was instant, The establishment was clean, however the garbage was overflowing, which is the only detail.

There have been about 6 times in a month that I want to go buy ice cream and no one is able to sell me a miserable ice cream.It also smells like a socket, something has gone bad there. A cantina smells better than this McDonald's.They never want to serve anyone, you almost have to beg them to serve you and the food is terrible. They always deliver it to you already cold from hours ago, plus they look like mayonnaise burgers.Also the nuggets are always given to you when the fried food is already starting to peel off and they are so miserable that I just want to see if they have them. They prefer to say that they don't have bbq, sweet and sour, ranch or sometimes when they run out they don't even offer you the ketchup.Terrible service and the buckets you have to clean the bathroom always have black water because of how dirty it is.0/10 I let it off my chest, I recommend that if you are in the Americas it is better to go to the food court

The dirtiest and most disgusting McDonald's I have ever been to.There were around 30 employees working and the store was not full.The employees talked to each other more than concentrating on work and customers.Employees with private clothing running in and out.I felt like I was in kindergarten.No motivation to work.The food was just disgusting.You go to McDonald's because you trust them and it actually tastes the same all over the world, but that wasn't the case here.I got ice cold, completely dry and dirty fries that not even a dog on the street would eat. The oil should be changed immediately.Staff who put their hands over their sweaty faces and then continue to prepare burgers and other things.The whole store was completely dirty, which I can't understand with 30 employees doing the work.I don't know when the last time the floor or windows were cleaned there, as were the chairs and tables.If it looks so dirty beforehand, I don't want to know that the kitchen is dirty!This McDonald's clearly has a staff and hygiene problem.The manager and the executives should be trained again very quickly.These are not the values behind McDonald’s!Maybe McDonald’s should pay a secret visit here and see the situation for yourself.
