It's sad to see how McDonald's has declined. I was lucky enough to eat at McDonald's in the 80s, 90s and early 2000s and it was an unforgettable experience. Well-trained staff, excellently presented and with an eternal friendly smile on their lips. The food was also excellent. Now it's the opposite, from the moment you enter you feel like you're in a neighborhood taqueria. Today I went to the McDonald's on Malecón Las Américas and when I entered there was a smell of a dead rat, the cashier didn't have change, they gave me the takeout order when I told them it was for eating at the table, the coffee was horrible, the bread was burnt on the edges, the eggs cold and without a hint of salt or anything that would give them any flavor. The ugly and disheveled staff with the face of a hemorrhoidal crisis. The only good thing: Music and ice cream. I hope they do something to bring back the excellent McDonald's from before ☹️, for now I won't even go through the front.
