Terrible experience, when you ask for the bill they want to charge you in cash unless you demand that you pay by card. Terrible place and experience a scam

I read the previous comments and some are very bad. Personally, the waiter Agustín served us, very friendly, fast, they respected our prices and did not require a 15% tip, this was optional. The food is good (could improve), I consider the price to be fair for the area where the restaurant is located.

Delicious food and fun drinks right in La Isla mall! Worth it if you’re going off resort for dinner. Drinks didn’t seem to have a lot of alcohol in them but still yummy.

The food was not that good and the service was terrible. The waiter kept wanting to know where we were from and then trick us on the bill. When the bill came, he had crossed out the receipt and written in advance the total amount to which he himself added a 20% tip. Who is he kidding we only paid the correct amount and only added 10% tip, in my opinion he didn't even deserve that. Do not recommend that you eat here!

Bad service, they take a long time to serve you, they charge you what they want, I had seen the comments but I took a chance and it's true, for a couple of tacos it was $2000mx and they also charge you a 20% mandatory tip. The only good thing is the view of the sunset, but nothing that has to do with the restaurant.

It's okay to eat but they forcefully tip you 15 and if you don't pay exactly they don't give you change :

the nachos were really good and the iced tea wasn’t sweet like my mom wanted. very nice and slay (amazing) waiter love her we used the hooters wifi and came also in time for sunset very pretty. very accommodating too but also yes a tourist trap but what do you expect it’s in the cancun hotel zone. pricey but omg the nachos were so deliciously cheesy i swear

A great experience. I read a lot of bad reviews, but we didn't have any problems. We were attended to by Augustin, very friendly and helpful. We ordered the Surf & Turf and it was totally worth it, well served for 2 people and there was still plenty left over. We choose the tip on the machine, it ranges from 10 to 25, we add 15%.
The restaurant is a little hidden, but it's worth it

Unfortunately this restaurant is a tourist trap. Beware they may change the price of something on the bill or try to sneak a tip in there. The price of the food here is pretty pricey because it’s in the hotel zone. The food was not worth the price at all. The thing that rubbed me the wrong way was they added a 20% tip and put it under the “other” section. The typical tip in Mexico is 10% and I find the location to be dishonest bc it’s obvious they are hoping people will not notice. Unfortunately a lot of restaurants are like this. When dining out here make sure to look at the final bill and make sure everything is accurate.

Unfortunately I entered this review for a wrong nearby restaurant.. here it is for the right one.

Food was good. But we’re surprised when we got the final cheque. Our bill was 700 pesos and it was printed on the receipt but the waiter stroked it off and added 20% charge (god knows why) to make it 835 pesos. Guess it’s the tip/gratuity, but 20% for two people?!! Crazy that they dint bother inform us upfront..dint see on the menu they showed us as well.. it wasn’t automatically added to the bill either, just the waiter who adds it later.. guess we got scammed on the last day of the trip.
