The staff is very friendly, they like what they do, the hours are quite long and the drinks are delicious! You can play billiards for free only by consuming on site.
The food surprised me, the burger I ordered was huge and delicious. I would dare say that two people can eat from one. The music is very good, the attention of the waitresses is the same. The only bad thing is that the pool is not very clean, I found several cigarette butts, feathers and small trash. They have pool tables

The alcoholic drinks were very reduced in alcohol, very diluted, they tasted more like fresh waters. We ordered some nachos and in quantity they were enough, the atmosphere is youthful with loud music and if they have methods to entertain themselves they have a pool table, a foosball table, an Arcade and more, but it is an open bar and does not have a mini-split, only fans, and the day I went it was too hot, the prices are relatively good.

All good, just because they told us: there is no take-out service, there are no chelas, there are no crazy carts, there were many, there are no haha on Saturday night. Apart from that everything is fine.

I'm staying with my sister in the hostel below this bar. We had something to eat here upon arrival. The food was not tasty and the tuna tasted very strange. There was also a mistake when ordering, so I received my food later (of course this can happen from time to time). The receipt lists 3 different types of tips you can give and they charge the middle one. Because we did not like the food and the service was not good, we did not give the middle tip. The waitress came back to say we had paid too little. The response was not nice and after insistence she charged the first tip. In the evening we had another sprite. When paying, the middle tip was charged again (which I actually find ridiculous for 2 soft drinks), but it was paid anyway. When we got the change the receipt had been taken out and they had not given enough back. If you indicate this, they are not professional and do not actually want to give it back. You get a free shot if you leave a five star review on tripadviser, don't fall for it!

Terrible, deceptive and very expensive drinks, a Cantarito was ordered and they had not served an appropriate measure for the size of the drink (1 liter) rude bar rude waitress denied change or cancellation attention, shrimp and French fries were ordered and even They had a horrible color and aroma where the oil with which they prepare has been there for many days preparing everything scrambled,... terrible experience, not recommended, rude staff, terrible food, terrible drinks, very expensive and the facilities very deteriorated , ppr rust everywhere in the pool.

Overall- watered down drinks, bad service, and dishonest practices.We were skeptical and our fears came true. The drinks are unbalanced, overly sweet, inconsistent mixture of random low quality ingredients.Only thing consistent was low amount of alcohol across the board. So, we decided to get shots of mezcal. The mezcal we ordered turned out to be quite bad that had uncanny after taste of plastic.Then we decided to go with something familiar in form of captain morgan. After that shot, I was convinced that quality of alcohol is a miss.When ordering the jagger mojito, they forgot the Jagger shot in it. On pointing that drink was white and missing the shot, the waitress was confused. They don't know what they are selling.The guac was oxidized and chips soggy.An honest suggestion is to get a mocktail and add your alcohol shot.When bill came out, it had suggested tips but they proceeded to apply 25% without consent. We pointed it out and at this point the experience could get worse. The waitress started arguing that it's mandatory. We refused to budge. And they returned our tip money. We proceeded with tipping them 15% out of pity.The sad state of bars in cancun has left us with scarred experience and we won't recommend this to anyone.
