The sunset view is perfect. The ambiance is great. They use Canola oil in the fryers, which is one of the least harmful of the seed-oils. We ordered the Osso Bucco and the Sea Bass. The sea bass was amazing the Osso Bucco not so much.

Amazing experience, we went to celebrate our anniversary and the staff couldn't have been more attentive! The food was delicious and we also went for sunset as we heard the view from the restaurant is a sight to see, which I would now agree. We would definitely highly recommend!

Nicoletta in Cancun made our honeymoon dining experience truly unforgettable! From the moment we walked in, the staff showed us extra love, going above and beyond to celebrate our special occasion. The ambiance is beautiful, blending modern elegance with a cozy Italian vibe. Every dish we tried was incredible, from the fresh handmade pasta to the perfectly cooked seafood. The attention to detail and service was top-notch, with a special dessert surprise that made our evening even more memorable. Not motorized wheelchair accessible. waiter was constantly at our table, suggesting things taking our phone and showing us where they were, which would make me lose place from where I was. he was doing it with my husband too. when we went to order things he looked at us like we were insane and then we would show him the pictures after scrolling and scrolling and scrolling and he said “that's not on the menu anymore that's an old menu.” I didn't get exactly what I ordered, but they said it was “close” same with my husband‘s spaghetti Bolognese, which came out as gnocchi Bolognese. Everyone seemed rushed. People were sat beside us and the waiter who was a little guy could barely fit between the tables, so it was kind of uncomfortable. he also suggested a 20% tip .

Nos encanta visitar Nicoletta porque el servicio siempre es muy atento y la comida muy rica. Sin embargo desde nuestra visita anterior que cambiaron el menú, quitaron platillos que eran distintivos y los que más nos gustaba pedir. Cómo el caso de la ensalada con arugula y frutos del bosque y los postres que siempre pedíamos: Canolli con crema de café y Almendra y el tiramisú 24k. Este último que cambiaron por una versión “más casera” pero de sabor nada espectacular. Se convirtieron en un restaurante más de la ZH al perder platillos distintivos para colocar en cambio platillos promedio de lo restaurantes de la zona. Por favor regresen a sus recetas anteriores.

What a fantastic experience. The service was impeccable. Always attentive. Had answers for any questions. Accommodating to special requests. Delicious food. Nice size portions. Only one criticism. The pasta was slightly under cooked. All the plates. The sauces were amazing but the pasta just needed 3 more minutes to be al dente.

Took my daughter here for her 13th birthday. We were on vacation and wanted to celebrate somewhere nice. This place did not disappoint. From the lobby to the bathrooms everything from the decor and staff was amazing. The service was immaculate and my daughter left feeling like a princess. We will make sure to visit time we come to Cancun.

Alnoldo & Memo were absolutely amazing! The food was freshly made and a good portion. The volcanic gold cocktail was stunning as well as delicious.

This was our 2nd trip to this restaurant me and my partner was so excited coming all the way from the UK first trip food was outstanding! 2nd trip change of menu new chef,we was left dissapointed the staff are amazing can't fault the service! How ever not worth the pizza looking like a basic garlic bread with cheese and mushroom pasta lacking the taste the appearance wasn't worth the picture we went back to our resort really deflated I do not like to put a negative review perhaps this can be looked at or was this a one off I don't know! Never the less being a foodie this wasn't the same quality as previous year! Starter was fine no complaints in that respect. The mains if I knew this the quality I wouldn't have came back...

Went. We had dinner with the family and everything was spectacular, Alex and Memo's service was incredible. Decoration and Very good food, I would definitely return.

An odd experience. We both had 3 cocktails, neither one of us felt an affect ?. Why? Draw your own conclusions. My meal was delivered cold, had to send back. After getting it back hot, it was a 3 star meal. My GF's steak was good! They didn't follow their own recipe on my cocktail, I watched him build it. All this for $250usd. And what's with MX getting into tip shaming? Since they charge you at the table, the waiter asks you how much you want to tip, starting at 18% going up. If you're not happy, it uncomfortable.

I went with my best friend for dinner and it was incredible, the service was excellent, although they gave us a table in the hallway we could talk without feeling like we were interrupted. The hostesses were very nice from the moment we arrived until we left the restaurant. The views of the lagoon are spectacular. I would return a thousand times. ???

Yesterday, a group of friends went to learn about the new menu prepared by Chef Carlos Lecona, under the leadership of the famous Argentine chef Tomás Kalika, a display of surprises in his mixtures, but maintaining the Italian flavors. The beef carpaccio, spectacular, the Brussels sprout salad, the mushroom pasta with truffle. Everything is spectacular with a view of the Nichupté lagoon.
