Mind-blown! I'm seriously contemplating a 300km road trip just to relive the magic at this spot. It’s got this understated, clean vibe…totally gives off a speakeasy feel. The rolls here? Next-level. They’ve somehow mastered this wild Japanese-Mexican fusion, and don’t even get me started on the ponzu sauce with habanero…it’s a game-changer. This place just claimed the top spot on my list of Japanese joints. Already itching to go back!

Great experience!! From the moment you arrive, you think you're in a New York Japanese restaurant... We each had the Omakase in 12 courses and it was wonderful, fresh, tasty and balanced until the final soup! Excellent service, price in line with what we receive.
I recommend 100% ?☝??

Wow! What place. If you are one of those who eat very quickly, it is not for you. The place has so many flavors that you need to eat slowly to appreciate them all. It is quite a sensory experience.
The respect and care with which food is prepared at the moment requires the same from the diner.
This time I tried only two dishes and without a doubt I will return many times. I am still ecstatic to have lived and enjoyed this experience.
As in the best restaurants in Japan, the chef's attention and delicacy in explaining the dishes to you is out of the ordinary.
It is worth letting yourself be guided by the chef. And dare to try new things.
Nothing to do with the sushi restaurants you usually see in chains in the city.
I hope that when you go you are not only hungry, but have the time to enjoy these flavor combinations. A lot of things that are not normally part of our gastronomy in Mexico, but that you will really enjoy.

Giving 5 stars but this is only for a foodie or rich. Excellent staff and quality food but at $100 USD per person in depressed downtown Cancun it is pretty overpriced. Now if you are all about simple small and local experience and with plenty of money to blow this may be your place. I was looking for returning to sushi restaurant a friend took me nearby but I found this instead. The other had great sushi for a fraction of the price. Same quality as this, no, but very good.

A super place to eat Japanese in Cancun! The place is very small and there is only service at the bar, at most 15 people can fit.
The restaurant's concept is the Omakase experience, which consists of the menu being left in the hands of the chef depending on the products and the season. This time I ate from the regular menu, but I would love to have that experience in the future. The cost of the Omakase starts at around 1,500 MXN per person, 12 times.
The menu they have is perfect, neither so broad nor so short. They have hot and cold appetizers, a wide variety of rolls, donburis, and more. Everything is delicious and fresh! I asked myself to have the cold house tea, and ufff for this heat it was excellent.
The service at the place is excellent, everyone is super friendly.
Let yourself be carried away by the experience of this place and visit it!!!
P.S. They have a delicious dessert, a Basque cheesecake wooow! You have to try it!!!!
