I didn't eat there but we hired their "luxury boat". Bad experience. Very expensive and they do not fulfill what they advertise when you buy their package. According to a luxury experience and pure lies, they offer you an all-inclusive and when you get to the food it is only the food, why to drink you must pay another cost. They made us wait more than 1 hour to leave for Isla Mujeres. Don't take any offers from these people. They walk outside the ferry entrance at Turtle Beach.

We had to wait on a shack for 1hr before we got on a boat, the boat was small it did not look like the one we had see with the person who sold us the tour. The snorkel parts of the tour was fast and we where provided with proper gear . When in Isla mujeres we where left for 3hr and we wanted to end the tour early but the boat had left. When it return we where taken to a different part of the island to eat and we did not get the service we where expecting. I got a 1/4 of a fish that was dry. After eating we wanted to go back but the boat was gone. It did not return to pick us up at 9. It was supposed to be a private boat but left us in Isla mujeres until dark. Unprofessional people are operating the business. I do not recommend it to anyone, specially if you have kids.

After bad service and lies, they leave us stranded on Isla Mujeres waiting to be picked up, and they still have the nerve to ask for a tip. If I had read the other comments, we would never have used them. No matter how well what they want to sell you sounds, don't use them.

It’s Bad service from the beginning the boat is small and the snorkeling is short they left us at Islas mujeres when we was eating for about 1 hour we tough that they was not coming back the life vests are old . The laddy that gives you instructions has bad attitude. I don’t recommend this place.

We didn't go to eat there, we hired a "premium and exclusive" service with delta tours and there at Marina Pachos, we took the "boat". First they took us to this place where they made us wait for more than an hour to get the boat ready. The snorkeling area was super close to the pier and they gave us only 10 minutes of experience. In addition to the fact that the "captain" had a companion, in super bad taste. The worst thing was that they sold us the experience of swimming with the catfish and we didn't do it. The worst thing about the trip was that when we were dropped off at the place where we ate, the "boatman and his companion" left the dock and left us stranded for two hours. We are a group of 27 people with 10 children, until 8pm and looking for them non-stop. They came back for us. I had never had such a bad experience like this in my life, please do not hire them, it is not a serious company. They didn't even give us an explanation much less an apology. They commented that the "boat" would be available for us at any time and that was a lie. What can we say about the conditions of the boat.
The worst of all is that they still deigned to ask for a tip in a sarcastic and mocking way.

I think it is very important to leave my opinion so that they avoid falling into this fraud, I am referring to their boat service, not the restaurant, in the same Ferri area they sold us this “private and exclusive” tour for $6000, first they made us reach a place that really looked super bad, where there wasn't even the parking that they had included for us, then we had to wait more than half an hour to get on the boat that was in terrible condition, with vests that were more than old , gasoline in a boat, without equipment to do activities, we were holding on to wherever we could because of the speed we could fly away at any moment, the captain and his wife (because the woman thought of going around too) in At no point were they attentive or anything, thank God we decided to miss the return trip and return on the Ferry. I really don't want anyone else to fall into this fraud, full of risk of course, and well, I don't omit that already After the very bitter drink it occurred to me to Google the place and to my surprise it was involved in the accident where people died due to their boats sinking.
