Seems that employees are always under pressure so they are not very friendly.

It is what it is. Of course, one should expect an upcharge for airport food. But costs a lot more here than buying it from a US airport. Food was very fine, no white rice available, several of the food options were not available either (no honey sesame chicken) despite it listed on the menu.
SCAMMERS !! This place is a scam guys. Asked for mandatory 100 pesos tip and what we asked was just a bottle of water that costs 135$ and they were about to charge us 225$ thank god we looked.
Avoid this place at any cost. SCAMMERS!!!!!

Worst customer service, she kept rolling her eyes and when we asked for utensils she said no had to grab it from other nearby restaurants. Then asked for a box to go they all just said no in a very rude way. Don’t get the rice it’s dry and old, food over all is alright. Would I go again? Definitely not for their rudeness. Even though I left them a big tip, they still treat their customers like this. Every other restaurants I been too has never acted this way to their customers.

I love chinesse food, it is very hard to ruin chinesse food, they succeeded so much in that, also they fill 90 percent cheap stuff like rice, and 10 percent meat and Im exagerating, i wanted more meat so i asked them, they put more 2 grams of pollo. The take away is so small and im still hungry, poor ratio for money, the vibes are bad, im not recommending actually i recommend to stay away.

Orange chicken was on the dry side, but the rest of the meal was fine. Prices are inflated but less so than other restaurants in the terminal. 1L of Evian cost 135 pesos.
I loved the wide variety of flavors and combinations.

Buyer beware: They told me the price was $8 more for the exact same meal my husband ordered 10 minutes prior. I questioned the price so they adjusted it but she didn’t give me my change back, nor did she give my husbands change. The receipt also showed the meal was $2 cheaper than what we ended up being charged. Taking advantage of tourists !

Rooms were a 3 at best. We had mold on some of the handles and around the tub. Buffets and general eating were good. The Santa Fe and Mare Nostrum were excellent restaurants. The resort itself is amazing with so much to do.

Very disappointed... I had a good experience at Panda Express but here I found that the food was not fresh. The noodles were very tired and everything seemed to have a strange aftertaste. Damage.
