I went on Saturday, August 3 around 12:00 pm and there was nothing, I asked for food and they told me that the kitchen had just closed, I asked for a juice and there wasn't any, I asked for tea and there wasn't either, the only thing they offered me It was the bread they had there and horchata or hibiscus water, I left the place very disappointed.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

For some time now the bread has dropped in quality, I don't know if they changed the quality of the raw material or the baker, but it is no longer the same, especially the shells.
It's not what it used to be. The bread is brought from another branch. There is little bread in stock, I asked for 3 different varieties and there is none because they have not stocked them. There are no longer bakers making bread, it no longer smells like freshly made bread. Gourmet bread does not cost you less than 80 pesos a piece.
Of course, the 3 workers are very attentive.
If I came it was because I had a nice memory of this place.
I was wrong to come

This pastry is delicious!!!
The truth is I haven't gone to breakfast, but on occasions I have bought bread and it is very delicious, homemade, soft and above all spongy (without feeling mushy).
The customer service is always the best and the atmosphere is not to mention... It is very pleasant, it makes you feel at home to enjoy delicious homemade bread ?

Without a doubt an excellent place for coffee and pastry lovers. It hurts the high prices of bread. Before they were the only ones in the Polígono Sur but now there are many more options. Lately the place is full of flies...ASCOOO, the bread is full of them!!

A bakery that has gone from bad to worse. The first time I came to this place was more than a year ago, at that time there was a very friendly guy who made the coffees. Since the espresso coffee came out very bad and I am quite an expert on the subject, I gave him some advice to improve it, he accepted it and in fact the coffee improved. Since he is no longer here, the coffee is undrinkable. Poor management can be noticed in other different aspects. For example, my wife is intolerant to caffeine and always ordered hot Chai, then they ran out and it took over a month to have it back in stock. Meanwhile, my wife had to order the Matcha, they only had it once and on the next visit they were also out of it, which led us to just go and buy the bread to take home. The second aspect, the bakery is very poorly managed. I once ordered a whole wheat or vegan bread because I don't like the taste of eggs in salty bread. When I got home and we tried it I realized that it smelled like eggs, surely the girl who recommended it was wrong. The bad thing is that they sell it in a bag without labeling, and this gives rise to errors. I consider that in this aspect the bakery does not comply with the transparency of information that must be provided to the customer. Imagine if someone who is intolerant to eggs eats it, you have to be very careful. Recently we always went to buy Paste de Belen, which we loved. One day I went and they didn't have it, the next day I came back and they didn't have it again. I returned a third time and it was not there, I approached the cashier to tell her that it had been 3 days since I had come and that I had never found it, to which she replied that they had it the day before. I believe that if a bakery has a line, it should be kept as consistent as possible and not make it a matter of chance for the customer to find the bread they are looking for. The worst thing is that when I returned the next day a fourth time, seeing that it was Saturday I thought they could have it, and they didn't have it either. My wife approached the cashier again saying that they were losing a customer and she didn't even look at her to give any response. Terrible way to handle complaints. For us it is very clear that we are never going to return.

I requested cakes for an event and one week after the event they changed the price by double. What a lack of professionalism! And now to look for cakes for XV years 5 days before the party! Very bad, I will neither return nor recommend.

May 22, they do not have orange juice and they cannot prepare what they offer on the menu, the same with the sauces and other ingredients for the French bread.
