15 days ago I bought a 3 leches cake and it was already stale, I returned to the branch and made a change, yesterday I bought a chocolate bomb cake again and to my surprise the bread still tastes stale, I don't know why Its low quality, I had always bought there but this will be the last time because since a cake has gone wrong twice, they are not having the proper temperature or care.

Their products are very good and we like to go shopping there, but the service is very BAD, from the comments I agree that their employees lack training to serve customers, especially the CASHIER, generally not in a position to help you , payments, invoices, it is torture to deal with her, I hope they do something so that the attitude of their employees does not detract from the quality of their products.

It was 9:45 and they began to turn off the lights and pile up all the furniture outside near us, the person who I imagine was the manager shouting to the staff "hurry up to leave early" this was somewhat uncomfortable and they took us away. Note, what one expects in the case of returning a drink is that they change it for free, well no, they charged us for all the drinks (including the one we returned)
Conclusion:
1- I understand that you want to leave early due to fatigue, transportation, etc., but if your establishment has a set schedule, respect it and respect the stay of your clients, or if you want to leave earlier, modify it.
2- If you are a manager, take a customer service course, it is not about the customer being right, but rather that the customer is comfortable in your establishment both for the food and the service.

The average ticket per person is approximately $150 - $200 pesos.
The atmosphere inside the place is pleasant, it is for all ages, you can smell the coffee from the moment you cross the doors. It also has pop music at all times, has good lighting and a good view since you can see the cakes from the display cases and how they make the bread to order starting at 2 pm.
As for the service, the hostess opens the door for you when you enter, although she is not there all the time and the other employees are the ones who have to open the door, but at times they also left.
The waiting time to provide the menu is 3 minutes, then they take your order after 5 minutes. When they take your order they don't make the comment that the desserts are not ready until after 5 pm, they only had breads and cakes, when I ordered a type of bread they didn't have it available, I ordered 3 different things and none of them I had them until the waitress very kindly had to tell me what exactly was there.
The waiting time for the drinks was 10 minutes, for the bread 3 minutes after the drinks arrived, which was perfect. During my stay I was served by 3 different waiters.
As for the quality and presentation of the products, it was good, although in the Taro drink they can add a little more product since it tastes much more like milk and not taro. The bread was perfect, very spongy and with correct alveoli.
They are small details that can be improved within this establishment. My recommendation is that you try what they serve and see what they have to offer, also that you keep the air conditioning on because it was off and it was very hot inside and they don't have fans.
