I visited Fuego restaurant for my 40th birthday and it was the most amazing experience. The lobster 4-course meal was great, service was exceptional and overall, just a very romantic setting. They also decorated with a birthday sign which was very unexpected. Highly recommend. Thanks again!

Nada destacable en los alimentos, por el precio esperarías un gran platillo pero no. Lo único destacble es el lugar, muy bonito a la orilla de la playa pero pésimo servicio de seguridad, el restaurante está dentro de un hotel y no saben guiarte para llegar de la manera correcta, el guardia de la playa poco capacitado para tratar a los clientes, grosero y déspota.
We booked this vacation 35 weeks ago for our 1st wedding anniversary. I had planned a romantic sunset dinner on the beach for the day of our anniversary but the weather (no fault of the resort) caused us to cancel. In making the new reservation for our anniversary dinner I specified our anniversary. When we arrived we were shown to a table that we sat at, unset, and ignored for 20 minutes. At no point ever was our anniversary mentioned. No complimentary glass of wine, nothing. Regardless, my husband tipped well, because he does and because the staff had to work under some incredible conditions due to the weather. I was just really disappointed overall. We asked for a couple of extra appetizers to take to our hotel room for the night though and they did accommodate that. We are staying all inclusive so that wasn't an extra cost.
We're very happy with the quality of the food dishes and the kindness of the service. Drinks could be checked on a bit more often, just a little bit. Unfortunately the weather has been awful so it would be nice to sit closer inside the restaurant rather than the outskirts, especially when we've made a reservation. Overall though, very pleased. Will very much enjoy coming back in the “on” season!
Prior to reserving my birthday reservation i heard so many great things about this place. Nonetheless it's very beautiful, but never did I expect such horrible service from the start with the waiter we had. It was my first time here therefore I had questions in reference to their drinks and food suggestions but it just seemed like my group and I were a bother some to our waiter as he had a smart remark to say to anything we asked. It made our dinner very non welcoming and awkward. Considering it's a higher end restaurant I expected more than the poor service we got. I will not be returning.

We were looking for a nice dinner on the beach, the hotel grounds and restaurant is beautiful, unfortunately our dinner was a tasteless octopus (but well cooked), weird burger with truffles fries with no truffle flavor and cocktails were just X and on top of that price was not cheap. Will never come back.

Visiting from Miami, Group of 8, we had a truly memorable lunch; the View, the Food, the Drinks and the Service by Alex and his team. Starting from a friendly professional reception by the Hostess all the way to the farewell. The Corona Neptuno, the Tuétanos de Pulpo, Castacan de Pulpo, Palapa Pipiripau, the Cuish Mezcal Mezcalitas, all was spectacular... Truly Spectacular experience.

It was hard to find the actual entrance, but once at the restaurant, it was absolutely AMAZING!!! The staff will literally run, doesn't matter who your waiter is, ALL the staff are keeping an eye out to clear plates, fill wine or water glasses... we went on Valentine's and there was only one open table, but the service was still 5*!!! ABSOLUTELY recommend this restaurant AND the resort looks fabulous!!!!
Taste and texture of scallops made them seem like they were from frozen. The picanha skewer we asked for medium but it was inconsistent with one piece closer to medium well or well and another medium rare.

Excelente lugar, la vista magnífica y la comida muy buena, solo un comentario negativo, la persona que nos atendió en el servicio de mesa, se molestó cuando le dejamos el 10% del monto de la cuenta como propina diciendo que debería ser mínimo el 15%. Es la tercera o cuarta vez que acudimos y nunca nos había pasado esta situación. Salvo ese mal momento, todo lo demás excelente.
Muy buena experiencia, cena con amigos. Solicité específicamente que el ruido no fuera fuerte y tuviera la opción de pasar un rato agradable y platicar, detalle que cuidarón, otorgado un lugar que cumplia con lo requerido. La comida y la atención de 10. ¡Muy recomendable!
Amamos venir siempre aquí, siempre con un buen servicio y ni hablar lo rico que está la comida al igual que sus bebidas (si quieren tacos definitivamente deben de pedir los tacos con caché 10/10). Mi mamá misma pidió celebrar su cumpleaños aquí y quedó fascinada con todo.
