They don't open on time, they don't answer the phone, they lack a lot of organization and above all customer service, I see that the nichupte branch even has a page and they constantly update it and the head office is very neglected.
The food is very good as always, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired, they don't answer the phone on purpose, they don't have the tact to give instructions regarding what they have available or to talk to people when delivering their order, they almost almost scolded
