I would give them 0 stars but it doesn't allow me, I asked for rappi and there was only the option that the delivery man from the establishment would deliver me, who never arrived, I waited for more than 1 hour and 45 min almost 2 for my order and never arrived, call the establishment between 3 and 4 times, the first time when it was time to wait they told me that I had already left that between 5 and 15 minutes maximum I was already in my location, after 20 minutes the second call, that they were going to check and we informed me that never Another 15 min passed and they didn't know about their delivery man, finally I called again to cancel the order because rappi says that in this way only they can and they said no, that they couldn't and not even an apology or a solution the manager just said that I had to cancel and that was it, they put it as delivered and I had to file my complaint.I can't speak about the pizza because I couldn't even try it, but about the service, from the delivery man, the guys who answer the call to the manager PESIMO!!!

It was tasty! My brother bought a Vic-Monster, the pizza had a delicious toppings like mushrooms, jam, onion, peperoni and something like that.It was really delicious, we enjoyed it!.The delivery guy was a cool person and the service was fast, i recommend it!

Terrible service provided by this establishment, totally not recommended to eat a pizza or any other dish from this establishment, an employee of this place who has been the delivery man, spends his time making too much noise with his motorcycle in addition to doing and trying tricks outside from the premises, it is very annoying since you cannot enjoy the food at all and spend time with friends or family and the owner of this enterprise allows it. I have always supported these small businesses and it is very sad that an establishment with so much potential should be characterized in this way.

REALLY disappointed, I ordered something from that place on the Rappi app, and they claimed the order was delivered but I never got the order! I called the restaurant they said they couldn’t do much, just tell Rappi to “try” to get me a refund, I asked if they could call the driver and they said no, so far, worst food food delivering experience I’ve had in Mexico.
