If I could, I wouldn't give this place a single star. I tried to make a reservation to celebrate a birthday on Saturday 08/10...from the beginning, the treatment was slow and clumsy, they looked for excuses to charge us additional unjustified charges, we put up with it because we remembered that the food was delicious. We arrived on time and it turns out that no one knew about our reservation. The waiter who greeted us (the only one there that night), reluctantly put two tables together for us, gave us two menus (for six people), warned us that of their ENTIRE menu, they only had pasta and pizza, because "they had an event and they did not consider our reservation in their inputs"...he never came around to take our order again. It's disgusting how they treat you from the beginning until you leave. Fortunately, we were able to celebrate somewhere else much better than this "restaurant".

That was the worst pizza we have ever had. We waited like one hour for pizzas and that was not pizza. They are not using pizza dough, it’s something different. Seafood pizza was smelling bad and we poisoned. We were 7 person and ordered different styles but all of them were the worst pizza I have ever tasted. Don’t go there

The place was very nice, the service was very good, but the pizza was not very good, we wanted to order a large size, and they commented that they didn't have it, that they only had a medium one, they brought it, and it was a sheet of dough, a little bit of cheese, and it didn't have very good taste. They are classified as The Masters, something very far from reality. We ordered pesto pasta and chicken nuggets pizza. The pasta was completely tasteless and only with a light varnish of pesto (rating 1 out of 10) and the pizza was something out of this world, it took more than 20 minutes to bring it and what a fiasco the pizza was made with frozen base dough!!! They probably bought the nuggets at Dunosusa and the sauce is better not to mention. Pizza rating 0 out of 10. Service was average. And you don't know if you're in a church, the entrance to an auditorium, or the lobby of an inn. Classification 1, because 0.5 does not exist. Greetings.

We went here for dinner after arriving in Canćun. This places vibe is amazing, super cute. We got a hawaiian pizza and alfredo shrimp pasta. The pasta was really, really, really delicious! The pizza was okay.The waitress was super sweet, we had a little communication problem because of our lack of Spanish but everything worked out great!I also got a sangria which was so freaking good!
