It's time to renew it, you don't need to make many changes, maybe the paint, the lighting, put in a series of vintage lights and change the furniture or at least give the chairs a little wash.
It came to my pozole that they prepare in my beautiful Guadalajara, with the ingredients that they can provide you such as chicharrón, avocado, they give it that delicious complement... only if you remember that they are open from Thursday to Sunday from 12pm to 6pm
The food is excellent, personally I love the red pozole and the best thing is that they give a dish with pork rind garnish, golden taquitos, avocado, cheese, lettuce. It has a service to eat in the place and to take away.
