Restaurant Memories

Absolutely phenomenal experience overall, probably the best food I've ever had with a beautiful and calm environment to compliment it. It's a very small restaurant, can maybe seat 25 people when completely full, but this pays off especially when the head chef delivers your meal to you, giving you his expertise and breakdown on what you're about to experience.
To top it all off, you can be given the opportunity for the head chef to choose your dessert for you, and when I say do this, please do it! The best dessert I've had by far, and it was so beautifully prepared and somehow tasted better than it looked.
Memories may not be cheap, but I've never had a meal so worth the higher price tag. If you get the chance, this place is a must!

Had a great opportunity to have a tasting menu by the restaurant. It was amazing, and I had an amazing time. Staff was kind and catering, and food was on point. Each bite is meticulously designed to take you to make new memories :) definitely would recommend for anyone who wants to have special moment while staying at Catalonia!

Memories is a paid restaurant at Catalonia Grand Costa Mujeres All Suites & Spa. The chef has worked alongside Michelin star chefs and it shows!There are two options, a la carte or chefs tasting. I am always of the opinion if the chef has designed a special menu that's the one to pick! Unfortunately due to a booking mix up we were eating a la carte. That said I was nothing but impressed with the menu and how incredible the six dishes were that we tried. The stand out from our meal was the wagyu with a chocolate reduction!When it came to dessert we had the option of "chefs surprise" and it is probably one of the best desserts I have ever had in my life. The one was a cream with flambeed pineapple. The other this exquisitely designed frozen honeycomb.Was easily the best meal we had in our week on the resort. I'd come back for this restaurant alone!

Incredible experience from start to finish. The tasting menu included flavors we've never had before and it was truly magical. Come hungry!!! Though you're tasting small plates, we were completely STUFFED at the end. Cannot recommend this more highly!

No memories were made at Memories due to the ridiculous staff. My two friends were refused entry based on dress code. All of us were wearing very nice clothes. Despite going back to change to adhere to their ridiculous policies, when we returned 15 mins later they closed the kitchen because we were the only ones who made a reservation. There was only one other couple there and the man had sneakers on but was not turned away. That makes me question if they are turning away people based on race. On top of that when we inevitably turned to the buffet at dinner we also saw the same couple there, so evidently the food was not very filling. Extremely unprofessional and ridiculous for a restaurant that we are paying additional for to eat at a resort.

I have no words of gratitude for the wonderful experience that I have been allowed to live in this beautiful place.The decoration is perfect and elegant, the waiter who served us, a wonderful young man, made us feel special.They are 9 steps of signature food that, obviously due to their high flavor and quality of the product, are small sizes to be able to finish the 9 steps and what made me happiest was tasting the best Catalan food (my beloved land) prepared to perfection!With all my heart it has been wonderful and I feel very happy and grateful!Impeccable experience!!!!

Memories at Catalonia Grand Mujeres was an absolute culinary delight. The service was top notch and the food was absolutely masterful! Each course was explained to us in detail. The presentation was stunning and each ingredient well thought-out. We left very satisfied and ultimately very impressed with the chef and his staff. I would definitely recommend visiting memories for a fantastic meal while in Cancun.
