Me dejaron esperando más de 30 min en la parte de la entrada , sin nadie que bajara a recibirnos en el calor , acabamos por irnos , terrible servicio de nada sirve hacer una reservación !

Aunque fue lento el ingreso, porque no había nadie para poder entrar al elevador. La actitud de todos esta de muy buen nivel. La comida bien, pero los precios se me hicieron algo elevados de la última ocasión que fui. Valio la pena cenar ahí!!!

Access to the restaurant is somewhat complicated and to be taken into account because it is only an elevator and at the end you have to climb stairs, it is logical, it is a lighthouse, but so that you keep it in mind if you go with strollers, elderly people, etc.

Agradezco al experiencia en el restaurante, Su fuerte es la gran vista que tiene, pero respecto al servicio es uno de los restaurantes donde me he dado cuenta que tiene un ambiente Delicioso eso gracias al equipo de trabajo que tienen, no solamente dentro del restaurante, si no igualmente en sus redes sociales en este caso recalcó en Facebook en la forma que me apoyaron, Igualmente la comida y las bebidas estuvieron deliciosas, creo que lo único que no me pareció mucho fue el postre que estaba más dulce de lo normal y no lo disfrutamos. Los precios se me hicieron súper buenos conforme a la vista que tenían y para dos personas me lleve un aproximado de 1900 con propina que lo disfruté. Aparte que le apoyaron con unas flores que tenía y era un día especial para mi pareja y para mi. En definitiva recomiendo el restaurante ya sea para disfrutar o celebrar un momento importante en pareja

Celebramos aniversario de boda. Así apareció en la reservación y la niña q nos recibió lo comentó. Sin embargo, en el servicio no hubo: felicitaciones, canto, pastelitos o algo simbólico ! Vista espectacular. ! No funciona el AC ! Alimentos: bien ! Bebidas: bien ! Saludos !

La experiencia fue muy buena. Muy amables y atentos a la hora de atendernos. El servicio fue realmente rápido. Variedad de platillos. Buen sazón. Solo pequeños detalles en la preparación de los platillos que pedimos, pero fuera de eso, muy buen servicio y ambiente.

Tiene una vista 360° de todo Cancún, Isla Mujeres y el centro de Cancún impresionante, subes por un elevador panorámico que sube todo el faro hasta el restaurante. La comida 10 de 10, una crema de lagostino la mejor que he comido, muy amable el mesero que me atendió Dani. Volveré pronto.
