The food was nothing out of the ordinary, I didn't like the service since the waiter was enthralled with some women and didn't bring me my coffee. But they are very demanding with the tip.
Why does the waiter say that he made an effort to give me good service, I didn't see where that attention was, yes I had to talk to him about four times to get my coffee cup filled, why didn't he serve me?
The truth is that they are very demanding with the tip and they don't earn it.

In terms of service, everything was going well until in the end the waiter remained at the table, when handing us the bill he demanded "at least your 10% tip" he did not leave the table and kept pressing until we would give him his 10% of tip. I don't know if all the waiters in all the branches are like this, but at least the one we had gave us a moment of bad taste. Wanting to leave nothing behind. It was the first time we visited that brand and at least my group and I no longer wanted to return due to the actions of that waiter.

I ordered to take away, the corn tamales have no flavor and the dough comes apart strangely when you bite it, the only ones that were saved were the blackberry sweets which were very good because it had a lot of jam and a good flavor and the cajeta and walnut one was not bad but it needed to know more about cajeta, the banana leaf mole tamale was really good, the only one recommended out of the balances and the rajas with cheese

What a shame on the part of the waiters, if they don't think the amount you leave as a tip is fair, they return it to you under the excuse that "the minimum we can receive is 10%" and I only needed $20 to complete that 10%. To remove the vulgarity of being so capricious, I wrote this comment to PROFECO, presenting the consumption receipt and the photo of the tip that they did not receive because it was not the minimum they demanded.
