Excelente el personal, el trato ha sido el mejor de todos los hoteles que hemos viajado a cancún. La suite nos encantó, amplia, bonitos y elegantes acabados, te sientes como en casa. El hotel no es muy grande, lo que fue ideal para nosotros con niños ya que todo está cerca, la suite tiene cocineta y refri por si quieren preparar algo. El mar muy tranquilo con algo de algas pero en ciertas áreas lo limpian y no hay. La comida buffete podría mejorar bastante. El restaurant Italiano con reserva es muy bueno. Y tienes la ventaja que puedes ir al otro hotel Royal sands, donde no hubo nada de algas en el mar y está muy bonito. Puedes disfrutar de las albercas más grandes, la comida que es mucho mejor y después regresar a la tranquilidad de tu hotel.

Paulina, Charli y Alex son los mejores. Las actividades las hacen de una manera tan amena y divertidas. Todos nos sentimos incluidos. El staff es de lo más profesional, atento y amigable. Gracias a ellos nuestras vacaciones fueron grandiosas.

THE WORST PLACE IN CANCUN!The waiters are arrogant, thieves and above all they take you out and steal your belongings when it's time to take you out, luckily I wasn't drunk and I asked for my things in the same way, but my friend's phone and wallet were stolen! Por otro lado, Alex, Carlos y Pau se me hicieron muy buena onda a la hora de las actividades, sin duda alguna volveré el año siguiente, pues además de la buena atención que nos brindaron, tiene unas vistas espectaculares

It is a lovely, small, clean resort at a great location. We had the family suite (1001) right by the adult pool on the first floor for 7 nights. The suite included a jacuzzi which my young children enjoyed. Since we were on the first floor, we also had a patch of garden area and easy access to the beautiful beach — nice benefits. Lots of iguanas in our garden. The resort is clean and easy to get around. The concierge is seemingly just marketing people. We made it very clear we were not interested in the villas marketing thing at the concierge talk at beginning, and we never heard from our concierge again (which was OK). The buffet breakfast is same everyday. If you’re only interested in basic breakfast and like tropical fruits, then it is fine. After first night dinner buffet (not so great) we had the speciality restaurants every night. There was no issue getting bookings for the speciality restaurants— just book 2-3 days in advanced. Our favorite was the Japanese hitachi for the entertainment for the kids and the lovely conversation we had with the British table mates (we’re Americans). For the foods, the oriental appetizers were amazing. The delicious appetizer set high expectation for the entrees, but that was a let down. The Mexican was good too — but that was because we brought our own fish catch from the sport fishing earlier that day. The Italian was just ok. The fried fish at the Mexican restaurant for lunch was delicious. And the pizza next door was perfect for the kids. We saw only one show at the resort — the Caribbean night show. It was not good — even my 5yo said to get get out of there early haha. Room service was great … limited choices but prompt. My children enjoyed it very much for this evening chocolate milk and snacks. We didn’t feel pressured for tipping but we did tipped appropriately because we wanted to. The one weird thing about our suite is the front bathroom — why no door to the glass shower??? Bizarre! We had to drape a blanket over the glass shower door for privacy. The second bathroom was awesome! Large and three shower nozzles were soothing. My family and I would recommend the resort to friends and families

Beware you will be hassled into a timeshare presentation the minute you arrive. They trick you into a “information tour” of the property after check-in, and then they ask what time you’d like to schedule your presentation. If you say no, they insist and then get mad and give you attitude. Too bad that the pool closes at 8. No other hotel closes at that time. At least allow us to use the chairs afterwards since they don't offer any patios to go to. Where else should one go to relax after 8 other than the bar? The air in both rooms that our group was given, the air was not always cold. The bar outside of Koi also had no air. It’s like they don’t want you to be there so they don’t have to use up alcohol. The mattresses are way too hard. The staff get upset because we rent cars and don't want to use taxis. Twice they insisted on us and made faces for not using a taxi. The WiFi worked at times. Very happy we didn't attend a membership presentation as they call them, because we will never become a member or stay here again until there is more value for what you spend.

All in all a great hotel! Rooms, facilities, and food! Beds are comfortable too! Our butler Rocio went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Will definitely return to this hotel again.
