Ruben's Hamburgers - Malecón Cancún

A total disappointment!
I went a few days ago with some friends and the first thing I ordered was corn soup, what they brought to my table was a consommé with what seemed to be canned corn kernels with a spoonful of mayonnaise, at least it didn't have a bad taste but it definitely It is a dish that you would never choose again.
The burgers we ordered were not well presented, the bacon was very hard and rancid. According to the specialty I ordered and they charged me as such, it included pineapple, since I didn't find a single piece of pineapple, in the end the only redeeming feature of the burger was the meat.
The prices seem very high to me compared to the quality of what they offer.
To top it all off, the waitress' service was depressing, with a listless, indifferent attitude, and a lack of attention to details such as clearing away plates from the meal that was already finished. I hope they can improve and offer better quality products so that the price is worth it, their employees may lack some motivation, possibly economic, to have a better service attitude, I don't blame them.

I have been 2x's. 1st time they didn't take cards so no food. Today, went at 11:30 am for lunch. The girl looked at me like I was crazy when I went to order my Classica burger, curly fries and peach tea. Just said no and walked away. I was disappointed again. Not going to try anymore. Just go to Carl's jr.

Burger bun was burnt, and patty was super dry. We ordered and they gave us 3 baskets of extra fries that we didn’t ordered and then charged us extra for it. The lady who served us had a terrible attitude and overall was a terrible experience. Definitely will not be going again.
