Ruth's Chris Steak House

This was our second visit on our trip to Cancun. Even though there is a Ruth's Chris within 40 miles of my house back home, I don't normally justify the expense unless I'm on vacation or for a special occasion. The food was incredible and the service was once again, impeccable. Our steaks all came out perfect and the sides were delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant

We have been going here for eight years. This time will be our last. I ordered a filet med/rare and it came out well. By the time it was replaced my Wife was finished. It took an act of God to get our water refilled as well. The prices have increased and the service and QUALITY have decreased. I'm sad to say we will never return again.

Our service was perfect. Juan definitely has the customer service gene. I will for sure be back this week.

The staff made our anniversary dinner very special! The food was excellent and service was outstanding.

Our party enjoyed onion soup and salads before our entree. All were very good. We had filets all cooked to perfect temperature. We all stated later that our filet had a piece of it that had a fatty/grizzly piece to it. The sides of potatoes, asparagus, and mushrooms paired well with our meal. The service was excellent. The meal was paced well never feeling rushed. Creme brulee for dessert was great. Missed a chocolate mouse or cake offering. We have visited this location for many years and this year did not disappoint.

We arrived for dinner early at 1930 on Friday, March 21, 2025 and were warmly greeted by the host, who also opened the main door for us (a courteous touch). We were seated next to the window (as requested) and professionally welcomed by our server Juan (an excellent and professional server). We ordered cocktails and the harvest salad to start... delicious. For dinner we ordered the 8 ounce beef filets with steamed broccoli and sweet potato soufflé (delicious with the sweet pecan topping). The team was very customer focused and the dining experience was excellent. I do recommend Ruth's Chris Cancun and will certainly return again.

Spectacular dinner in a beautiful location offering the finest food, outstanding service. From the moment you walk in until the door is opened for you when you exit you are pampered, gratified and looking forward to another visit. You can tell this place is operated with focused management as it consistently delivers a quality world-class dining experience. Nothing compares in Cancun.

El.ambiente del lugar es bastante malo. Los meseros no saben bien como servir una copa de vino. Las entradas son bastante chicas y los mariscos no son frescos. La carne estaba muy buena pero las papas estaban insípidos. El lugar parece abandonado y con falta de mantenimiento. Definitivamente nada que ver con lo que era antes!

Visited April 2024 - Great steakhouse for a special treat or occasion. Everything we ordered was really well cooked, lots of flavour and quite rich. The steak was cooked to our liking, was juicy and tender, very good quality meat. The other dishes such as the french onion soup and the New Orleans's style barbeque shrimp were delicious but quite rich so very good to share. The staff were fabulous, really friendly and courteous. Prices are high which is to be expected being high end and serving high quality produce. Would happily return for another special occasion!

Amazing steak and I had a glass of wine with the Sweet potato casserole which was so good too! Highly recommend!
