El.ambiente del lugar es bastante malo. Los meseros no saben bien como servir una copa de vino. Las entradas son bastante chicas y los mariscos no son frescos. La carne estaba muy buena pero las papas estaban insípidos. El lugar parece abandonado y con falta de mantenimiento. Definitivamente nada que ver con lo que era antes!

Visited April 2024 - Great steakhouse for a special treat or occasion. Everything we ordered was really well cooked, lots of flavour and quite rich. The steak was cooked to our liking, was juicy and tender, very good quality meat. The other dishes such as the french onion soup and the New Orleans's style barbeque shrimp were delicious but quite rich so very good to share. The staff were fabulous, really friendly and courteous. Prices are high which is to be expected being high end and serving high quality produce. Would happily return for another special occasion!

Always great food, great way to finish the day and with very good service by the waiters and everyone involved in making sure you have a great experience. When in Cancun Ruth's is a place I always make sure that I go to Excellent

This place is consistently amazing. The service is second to none, the food is incredible and the environment is very nice. My husband's very favorite restaurant we ate here twice while vacationing in Cancun! Highly highly recommend Recommend recommended.!!

We dine here every time we visit Cancun (4x year). The food and service are usually great. This visit was not the same unfortunately. Steak texture was off and au gratin potatoes were cold. Service wasn't great either which was weird because it was the same server that I've had in the past. Seems like we were judged on appearance this time. I guess we'll have to find a different steak house for our next visit.

Great overall. Food and service was outstanding. No real atmosphere to speak about and lighting is way too bright for a nice steakhouse. RC dim those lights and let the candle on the table provide atmosphere!

Food and steak was poor. Wasn't impressed. I could cook ribeye better. Disspointed...but the served it with a smile
