Our server Alex y Emanuel were fantastic! They were very knowledgeable about the food and drinks. They recommended amazing dishes and created an amazing experience for my husbands birthday! Also the shows in the evening are fantastic! Definitely will be back here again

This is an absolute must have while here. Everyone was over the top, not to mention this is some on the best sushi we’ve ever had. Must get the Nevada roll!!

Food, service and atmosphere of 10, the show is every 1 hour starting at 8:30pm and lasts approximately 10 minutes, the last show is 10:45pm. I recommend making a reservation to have a good table.
Japanese food, price-quality. Price per person is around 800 depending on what they order. I totally recommend, and even more so for demanding people.

While on a family vacation in Cancun, we decided to dine at Ryoshi Cancun, located conveniently in front of our hotel, the Westin Lagunamar Ocean Resort Cancun. The restaurant is located in front of the ocean, and its unique and grand architecture and interior design, made of bamboo and natural materials, created a cozy and soothing atmosphere. The service, food, and overall experience were all amazing. We highly recommend dining at Ryoshi if you are visiting Cancun. It truly is a 5-star restaurant with impeccable service and some of the finest cuisine available. I am thinking that a similar restaurant in the US would be at least 2 times more expensive!

Love the setting of the restaurant. Was recommended by a friend back home, coz he knows we love Japanese. Service was non existent, we were served many bottles of sparkling and flats. We had 8 people in for lunch. My friends family arrived a little late coz they had their parents with them. I understand that this is Mexico but it took the restaurant 15 mins to get someone over to take our order and 45 mins for the first plate to show up. Food was ok, the sushimi was great. But all the fried food and robatagrill was mediocre at best. The kicker was the bill, we asked 3 times for the bill 1st time an acknowledgement, 2nd time was hold on and the 3rd time I left and my friend was like just bring us the bill please. I was so upset with this place coz the people don't seem like they want to serve us a table of Asian in an Asian restaurant. I mean come on please is not like we don't have money to paid the bill converted by the waitress was 340USD. But they had the balls to run after us and say the bill is not 340 is 370USD coz they converted wrong. I just threw another 40 bucks at them coz I don't want to make us Asian's look bad in a Mexican Asian restaurant. For those who enjoyed great, but definitely not a return for us. I mean I have over 100+ restaurant reviews and 7k contributions around the world. I travel heavily for leisure and work plus I am a top 10% reviewer as per Google. This has got to be one of the worst food experiences I have in the Americas. For those with the 1 to 5 reviews and gave this place a 5 star. I mean .... Whoever is reading this please decide for yourself.

Everything was absolutely perfect here! The staff, Alejandro, Reyna and Isabel were so welcoming and friendly. The food was delicious! I can definitely say it is in my top 3 favorite places! Maybe even number 1. We had the sashimi which was so fresh and melted in our mouths, the sushi was great and the waygu mushroom pasta, I forgot what it was called but just wow. They also nailed the mango dessert!! Must try for the food and the vibes!

I eat slot of sushi and this was the most unique sushi I have ever tried. Everything pairs very well together. The place is very nice and the service is on point. Prices are very high but you get what you pay for !

Party of six of us came for my friends birthday. Unfortunately, we had messed up the reservation, but we’re still able to be seated right away on a Wednesday evening at about 8 PM.
I cannot recommend this dining experience enough! The service is absolutely incredible. Everyone is extremely attentive, whether they are assigned to your table or not. Alejandro, manager, was attentive to our table, as well as his staff, ensuring everything ran smoothly in the section. Dani had excellent recommendations and catered to our birthday party very well! and Reyna kept our glasses full and our table clean.
The entertainment, fire and acrobatics, was extremely well done and impressive. But also short enough in length that it didn’t disrupt from conversation or the dining experience but often enough that no matter when you came you’d still be able to see something.
Ambience was amazing on this June evening. With the wind blowing through the entire restaurant. The four piece tuna dish literally melted in your mouth, even for someone who doesn’t enjoy raw fish. All of our tuna rolls came out quickly and were extremely good.
Would definitely recommend this and would come back again for the entire experience.
