It looks like Palmer Market and Sabor Casual Kitchen are both the same. We came here for breakfast during the Dec 2023 trip. The Staff were very welcoming and they explained they have a buffet which is around $28 USD or we have the option to order off the menu. We ordered off the menu as we wanted a light breakfast but their omelet comes with lots of healthy grilled vegetables on the side. They also gave some toast with our omelet. Buffet breakfast here is always exceptional with a large variety of items for breakfast. Service was decent with coffee always in my cup. The only downside is that it's quite pricey at approx. $25 per person.
Vegetarian options: You will have a menu with green v marks that indicates the vegetarian food. They have veg food if you are looking for it.
