The best French food in Cancun so far. Personal attention from mourner/chef Franck. You can bring your own wine.

Everything we ordered was delicious, the snails, the lamb, I didn't order it but I tried the salmon and it was spectacular, the crème brûlée was good and I loved that there are wines for all budgets. Excellent!! Maybe the place lacks a little maintenance, the toilet lacks deep cleaning.

Stepping into the heart of the Cancun Urban Center, I stumbled upon a gem that redefined my dining experience. From the moment I walked in, the warmth and hospitality showered upon me by Philips Jordan, the owner, and Franck, the extraordinary chef and host, made me feel not just welcomed, but cherished. It's rare to find a place where you're greeted as if you're an old friend, yet that's exactly how Philips and Franck made me feel. The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, creating an intimate atmosphere that complements the culinary delights that await. But what truly sets this place apart is the food. Each dish is a masterpiece, a testament to Franck's incredible skill and passion for cooking. The flavors are rich, bold, and beautifully balanced, showcasing a level of craftsmanship that can only be described as art. It's evident that every meal is prepared with not just expertise, but a profound love and affection that is palpable in every bite.Eating here felt special, almost as if I had discovered a secret haven where the joy of eating is celebrated with every dish served. It's a reminder of how sometimes, as a traveler, luck smiles upon you, leading you to extraordinary places that leave a lasting imprint on your heart. This restaurant is not just about food; it's about an experience, a memory crafted with care, hospitality, and an undeniable touch of magic. For anyone wandering through Cancun looking for an unforgettable culinary journey, this is a destination that should not be missed.

Why there isn't a line of customers a mile long, we do not know. Franck, his place, his staff, and his food are most excellent and hospitable. We had the pâté, fried cod, filet mignon, salmon, creme brulée, white wine, and lemonade. It was all incredible and worth every penny. Even the lemonade was the best I can remember having.

Gourmets, gourmets, lovers of excellent cuisine and the like, Saint Tropez restaurant in Cancun is a must-see. Exquisite food and attention from Frank and Nayeli. Taste scargots, Paris steak and for dessert creme brulee with its respective red wine. Great price-quality ratio.

I was SOO excited that I'd found a restaurant in Cancun that had pate - the restaurant was highly rated, and supposedly the chef was from France.. I've eaten pate all over the world, throughout Europe, and throughout France.Unfortunately the pate was dry & crumbly ?.. I prefer creamier paste pate that can be spread evenly on toast, crackers, or bread accoutrements. I can generally overlook the texture but the taste was just OK.I thought maybe the pate was having an off day so we tried another recommended dish, the filet mignon and also ordered 2 glasses of house red wine - the wine choice was excellent & drinkable, it was unexpectedly the highlight of our tasting. The filet was OK - it was quite small (oddly, another person's google review picture shows a much larger looking filet) & soft (oddly, the gentleman waiter did not ask what temperature we wanted it cooked..) but it was not as tender as other filets from steakhouses around the world. The sides were OK - I did enjoy the mushroom sauce. For comparison, at another Cancun restaurant we tried their ribeye and it was unexpectedly tender and delicious! As a Texan who has traveled to the other steak meccas e.g. Argentina, Brazil, Japan etc - I'm well versed in steaks..Our waiter also did not offer nor bring a small glass pitcher of what appeared to be filtered water - I noticed them later on all the other customer's tables. Our tasting was spendy in comparison to the quality of food we received (especially compared to other delicious Cancun restaurants) and there was a sign at the host stand that stated CASH Only (given the price points of the dishes they really should accept credit cards).I was overall disappointed.. sadly I will not return to this restaurant nor recommend it to others.
My husband and wanted to try a new restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were so impressed with this little hidden gem!! It was a perfect evening with the most delicious French cuisine carefully prepared by Chef Kevin and fully attended by the owner who is incredibly kind! We enjoyed THE BEST meal at a reasonable price, mouth watering flavors, best Ecargots, great Sangrías (even topped up our glasses free of charge and they surprised us with a complimentary desert and sparkler for our special celebration. The best part is we went within walking distance from our place, not even believing we never tried it before. We will definitely be going back again!!
