Those of us who have children know how important the treatment of them by the people in charge of the kids club is. It is the second time that we noticed unprofessional attitudes from the lady in charge of the little ones, the first time we let it go and we even made a good comment but today everything was bad, the lady with a bad face, making unfortunate comments, we have a baby almost two years, today it was active and the lady with the worst tact just made us feel uncomfortable that the child was there, that we preferred to keep him with us and not let him enter the area to avoid her faces and rules that he not touch things or make a mess toys, among other things. What a shame to lose the desire to go to such a good place because of a situation like this.
