Siete Restaurant

We were wanting a luxurious dining experience without the stuffy or stiff environment and La Punta delivered without exception! The service was friendly and the food was amazing. My husband had the tomahawk steak, of which I enjoyed a bite. It was cooked perfectly, abounded with flavor and melted in my mouth! For myself, I was beyond happy with the tiger shrimp. The meat was succulent and sweet, a perfect portion and left me wanting more. I also need to mention that my vodka martini with a twist was one of the best I've had. Of course, the ambiance was incredible, with a warm breeze blowing across us as we sat under the dim lights while breathing in the salty air. Thank you La Punta Grill for a great night!

This hotel is sexy. Beautiful..... but the ambiance at this restaurant was completely ruined by screaming toddlers making a complete ruckus. The staff just allowed it to continue. Pretty crazy considering this was the fancy restaurant of the resort. Pretty disappointing

Ramona was fantastic Our seat was besides a window overlooking the water and ground . The restaurant is more spacious than I thought from the online photos.Service was very attentive and helped when asked with dinner choices.We had the Buratta salad and beet salad as appetizer both wer super fresh and delicious . The Burratta was a favorite . For dinner we had the fresh seabass and the short rib both were supper flavorful . We were concerned about trying the short rib . But it did not disappoint us . It was dry tender not fatty at all and in a nice brown sauce .Dessert we choose the churro sample which came with three dips and a spicy hot chocholate to accompany it . we had dinner here twice while vacationing both times everything was exceptional !

Ramona is a very nicely decorated space to eat. Loved being there. Not much atmosphere or buzz. Very quiet dining. Food only average. Cost is out of sight. $300+ US for 2 people with 1 drink each, 1 salad, and 2 entrees. Good quality and taste just average as well. Sadly this beautiful restaurant is average on a good day. I would suggest La Punta on resort or look at off property options if staying at NIZUC resort.

The Ramona restaurant on our last night. It was terrible. Food very poor - everything covered with a sauce - very expensive and the service was terrible. Foie Gras covered with a Mole sauce -ugh. Will not go back there unless the menu is changed. My wife has extreme allergies and there was virtually nothing on the menu she could eat. The server didn't know what gluten free was and the chef did not have a separate fryer to cook something that was truly gluten free - only the fryer that cooked everything else. She end Ed up having a kids piece of chicken: Truly a terrible experience. DO NOT GO!

Breakfast and dinner both pretty good. Didn’t take any pictures for breakfast because it was a buffet style. They had an omelet station and a bunch of pastries and traditional breakfast foods.Dinner was good, but portions a bit small so order more! The service we experienced was bad. I hope it was just a rarity. Our server was tremendously slow and never around. Made the experience a bit unbearable. Gonna give them the benefit of the doubt for being understaffed even though they weren’t busy when we got there.Overall this restaurant is pretty good. Mexican cuisine for dinner and a mix for breakfast.

Food was simply bland, lobster tasted like it was processed meat...chewy, texture was like a chocolate bar. We were expecting more of a traditional Mexican flare with a high end twist. That said, the ambiance and service was good. I would not recommend this restaurant as the resort has so many other options which have world class food!

No fue la mejor experiencia. No hacen cumplir el dress code (gente con gorra, bermudas y sandalias) Ausencia de servicio al inicio, tuve que hablar con una supervisora para que pusieran atención, después fue bueno solamente. No excelente. Festejábamos un cumpleaños, disfrutamos mucho los aliementos. Hagan que sea el mejor lugar tienen potencial.

Service was very nice, the waiter knew and understood the menu, the chilean seabass was sauce was not as tasty as I thought and it was a bit dry, the seabass itself was very good. The baked beetroot was excellent.

Great place, was very excited to try. Everything we ordered was beautifully presented and tasted great but I think duck wasn't cooked properly which resulted in an unpleasant visit to girls room a little bit after dinner. But over all great experience.

Just did not like any of the food. “Sea bass is mahi-mahi” “No we don't have the mushroom risotto. We don't have what we need to make it. BUT, Terra Nostra (another restaurant in the resort), has it.” Waiter not attentive at all.

Amazing brunch!!! The spread of food for this breakfast and for the cost is wonderful!!!! The fruit is beautifully cut, there are MANY chefs 4+ waiting to customize dishes from eggs, to smoothies to anything you can create with their ingredients. Also they had a mimosa and brunch “drink” self serve menu. There were over 6 special juices. Our waiter, Gerardo, was wonderful! Such an amazing server!! Promptly got our special coffees, special croissant orders and kept our used plates off our table from this amazing brunch!! The table and decor is beautiful!

We are staying next door and wanted a change of pace for breakfast. We found Siete on Trip Advisor. The breakfast buffet is an incredible spread with more options than you can imagine. The food is fresh and tasty. The service with our waiter Christian was awesome. We love great food and service. We were not disappointed.

Excellent breakfast and attention in times of pandemicThe food is of excellent quality, fresh and has a wide variety, from eggs and Mexican appetizers to à la carte dishes such as Bigfoot and you cannot miss a smoothie made at the moment with the fruits of your choice.It is important to note that our visit was during the pandemic, that they have all possible care and a little more.From the moment you enter the restaurant, the Hostess (very friendly and polite) receive you, check your temperature, give you sanitizer and guide you to your table.The entire team of waiters who serve you are very attentive and really make you feel at home. In conclusion, their service is excellent. In our case, we were excellently served by Javier, Daniel, Marco (smoothies island) and all directed by their captain Cristian and manager Cesar Herrera, who are on the lookout at all times.

Great experience from start to finish. We had fantastic service by Gerardo and the rest of the staff. It was nice talking with everyone that we encountered. The place was very clean with individually wrapped items for Covid. Their preparation was top notch and this was a great find. We also enjoyed everything else about the property and will be looking into staying here next time.
