The Monterrey-style barbecue is made with beef and is very delicious, juicy and with a very good seasoning. We bought half a kilo and the order is served with coriander and chopped onion, lemon and sauces, and the red sauce was the best. We also tried their consommé and we liked it a lot. We highly recommend Sofriela.
La barbacoa estilo Monterrey es de res y está muy deliciosa, jugosita y con muy buen sasón. Compramos medio kilo y la orden la sirven con cilantro y cebollita picada, limón y salsas, y la salsa roja fue la mejor. Tambien probamos su consome y nos gusto mucho. Recomendamos Sofriela ampliamente.
