Terrible place, dirty they took a long time to serve you have to go see the waiter to serve you and they charge very expensive but what made me most upset was knowing that they charge you suggested service according to 10% of your bill a robbery bad food and bad service

Don’t go there! They just gonna rip you off. They told us difference price for the fish of the day and then they charged more, the guy said he didn’t know but they did it on purpose. They just wanna steal from people. Seem nice and friendly but they are just bad people!

I arrived in Cancun late and didn’t have many food options nearby (walking distance from my Airbnb). I was really appreciative they stayed open because I could tell they were about to shut down before I arrived. However, the chips were stale and my fried fish was definitely frozen (disappointing since they’re literally located on the ocean where other restaurants fish their daily for their fish).The prices seemed normal but when I was leaving they were very persistent about wanting a big tip and it made me feel used!This place has so much potential but needs either new management or new customer friendly policies (using fresh ingredients, being consistent on prices, having a restroom etc). I believe the owners are either burnt out or not around. Would be nice to see them put some TLC into their ocean front cafe!

Don't go here. Plenty of other options nearby. This place appears to specialize in ripping off their customers. The menu lacks alot of prices so they can make it up. We luckily asked prices for most things before ordering them, but for the kids sodas we did not ask and they charged 40 pesos per soda. The kids chicken cost more than the fish fillet on the menu. The waiter was a jerk and seemed determined to rob us one way or another. Some of the prices he told us before we ordered he then changed on the bill to be more and he acted angry when we showed him. This place is a scam. I don't know why they do it.

Watch out for the prices. We were rushed into buying the fish of the day, and ended up being overcharged. We were told that they would take credit cards, but when the check came they only took cash/pesos. Just double check the menu before going and verify the prices.

Total blatant RIP off! They don't even try to hide the fact that they are con men. For the love of God stay away from this place. I wish I could give zero stars because they deserve it! They suck!!!

Make sure you double check the prices before you eat !!! We were told that the menus were not available anymore at 7pm so the 4 of us ended up having grilled red snapper and drinks for supper. When we got the check we almost choked up the supper !!!! It was the equivalent of CAD$300.00 !!!!We asked to see the manager but of course he was not available. Next thing we knew we were surrounded by the whole staff who were not as friendly as when we arrived. We decided to oay and get the heck out of there while we still could.

The attention of the waiter who touched us was "good" but it took time and there was no clientele to say that this was the reason; A dish was ordered that according to them is very good, but it was not like that, the fish arrived burnt and out of time, the micheladas are poorly prepared, to the point that you could tell that they did not have beer, the condiments such as Valentina sauce, ketchup and Others that are on the table, you can see that they are lowered with water, it has no consistency, just liquid and the committee and it was noticeable because they looked pale..
