Terrible service from Yesenia, she didn't even say good afternoon to us, the coffee I'm not sure was lactose-free milk and when I asked they just made me crazy and I had to drink it fortunately I'm not 100% lactose intolerant otherwise I would have had a bad time

Not Starbucks network for payment with app, no puppychino it cost $5 bucks for whipped cream and the order wasn't what we want.. quite depressing considering is already overpriced in the airport.

Disaster service, twice they gave me the wrong order. The second time I complained, they did not understand the purchase receipt themselves. Many passengers gather and it takes a long time. They are bad vibes and mentally slow!

My experience was horrible. I was the only person waiting to order and they took forever to take my order because they were so busy talking with 2 other Starbucks staff that was visiting from a different location within the airport. They had 2 registers, and 4 person staff behind it yet they didn’t care or have any sense of urgency that I am waiting looking at them. They do have a very nice “ Hola Buenos Dias “ when they finally decide to talk to you. All in all it took 14 mins to get a cup of coffee being the only person that wanted coffee.
