Terrible service.
A few moments ago I went to buy two Caramel frapucchino at the Starbucks Bonampak store in Cancun, Quintana Roo.
I placed my order, gave my name for the drinks, paid and left my Starbucks cup (the green one with the message "my cup is half full", the problem arises when I sit near the bar waiting for them to call me to pick up my drinks at the bar. I spent around 30-40 minutes waiting for my order, I saw that they delivered the orders of at least 5 other customers who had even arrived after me and NEVER named me.
I had to go to the bar and tell the barista that they had not given me the drinks and at that same moment she prepared them, I reminded her that I left my glass and to my unpleasant surprise, she let me know that I did not have it, I told her to leave. I handed it to her partner and her response was that she remembered making a drink (she didn't specify which one), leaving it on the bar and seeing that a girl took it.
After this, she approached with her other companion and returned to only tell me that she would give it to me in a normal plastic cup. Several times I asked her if she didn't have it lying around, if she was sure she had taken it out, and she only repeated that I saw that A girl took him away and proceeded to not even turn to see me.
I ended up leaving the store extremely upset and disgusted by this situation because at the end of the day it is something that I acquired and that I trusted that they would give it back to me. I reiterate that I feel very upset about it and honestly it doesn't make me want to return to their stores because although the glass was not excessively expensive, it doesn't mean that what happened doesn't bother me.

They almost always have a lot of people and it takes almost half an hour to deliver orders, plus they are very slow.
