I paid for my drink with my debit card because I was running low on cash and it said declined. I just seen it actually went thru. So she charged me twice. They ripped me off $8.68. So be careful. They are dishonest.

Asked for a regular coffee and I got a sot of espresso with the rest of my cup filled with hot water that's not even considered a real americano! The americano has 2 shots espresso. But for a si.ple xup of coffee stop playing it took 15 mins and there was no line.
Cheap and not very cheerful. Booked here as it was close to airport and as we had early flight didn't have time to use pool/fitness centre in other hotels. 1st room we were allocated had very strong smell of cigarette smoke so we asked to change and this was agreed ( neither my wife or I smoke ). Fair enough, not directly attributable to the hotel but the cleaner must not have had a sense of smell. Person who checked us in said they are aware of our early checkout and a 'packed' breakfast was agreed as I had put this in the original booking. In the morning, after waking up the guy on reception, he denied any knowledge of us being given a bagged breakfast but then did put out all the breakfast cereals for us early to have a rushed breakfast. The guy who had checked us in was aware as it was in original booking. Not something I can confirm but the taxi to the airport did not have good opinion of the staff saying there is usually a problem for guests staying there.

They have no idea what they do in this branch. Terrible service and waiting time. I always order coffee in my own glass, they dirty 2 so I can make my drink and then pour it all stirred into my glass.

It depends a lot on who is at the bar and how busy they are. I have had well-made coffees according to their standards, even burnt coffees without the extra accessories that they already charged you for.
