They close half an hour before their schedule, there are already 3 times and they stop providing service between 30 and 40 minutes before their schedule. You are waiting in line to be served and suddenly they turn to tell you that there is no longer service.
I hope they train the staff a little more.

In the afternoons, around 6:30 pm, it gets very crowded and noisy. It is important that if you bring your thermos or glass you mention the discount, if not then they will not give it to you.
Parking: There are parking spaces around the entire premises. But if you come after 6 in the afternoon it is difficult to find parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is assigned parking for wheelchairs but there are always motorcycles in front or a parked car. The ramp is perfect, it is right in front of the door and it is not too steep.

Super slow!!! I asked for my drink about 4 times, they took my order and in the end it wasn't there and again they had to take the order. They all get into balls and only with 3 clients, I can't imagine it's full.

For a place where they follow measurements and recipes, it is where the drinks taste the worst, most of the time they don't have certain things, there is always something they have out of stock, the drive thru is quite slow, service is normal, and if you can, avoid ordering for DiDi or Rappi who always send something else or not as you ask
