Really everything that is said here is true, poor service, only one person attends and it takes up to hours to prepare with a single person.When preparing it doesn't matter if you order from the menu they give you what they want and if you ask for an extra dressing they can't add it?

In this branch they STEAL you, be careful. I went today (02/16/2023) because they had a 2x1 promotion on the purchase of a soft drink.I decided to take "2 promotions" and in the end the girl who served me told me "it's a total of $439 pesos" to which my boyfriend reacted and the girl said "sorry, I didn't enter it correctly, it's a total of $354", I gave him my card to pay and when we finished he thanked us for our visit but he never gave me a ticket, which is why I asked him and he told me that the printer did not work, since he did not see a good face on our part he gave me a ticket (photo attached) which according to her was to "invoice" in the ticket that she gave me comes an amount of $116 pesos.We went out and realized that everything was very strange so without the ticket we made our sum and we realized that the total was $269 and not $354 as they had told us (they charged us $85 more to our account), we returned and told him the girl but only said "that it had been a mistake" but that we would have to return until the next day because her manager was not there.The problem is not the money or the amount, but this SUBWAY receives many people daily since it is located right in front of the ADO. How many people do they not open it to?

I tried ordering here 3 times through Uber Eats. Every time they got the order completely wrong. Like, not just a few condiments missing, but the exact opposite of what I put on the sandwich. Want extra onion? No onion. Don't want any olives? Here, have some extra of those. It's like they're doing it on purpose, I swear. God I hate this place.
