Subway aint what it used to be? They changed their system to fixed ingredients? This place makes no sense.

They should train their staff better, they are always rotating staff and in the end those who pay are the consumers.

The quality of products is terrible, vegetables are super old and rotten but they still use it on your sandwhiches. In the states if you used this quality of product you would be shut down by the health department but here it's normal for them. If your paying premium prices for a speciality sandwhich place you should expect semi fresh produce atleast. Don't Prep as much if you aren't selling it, and definitely don't use rotten products
Worst Subway in Cancun! Dishonest service! They steal customers and admit it! … To avoid
It's 8 at night and it's closed according to the girl who's

I used to like this place even if the service was slow, but today (sorry, not sorry) I left the guy with the sandwich half made. He just scored too many strikes in less than a minute.1. He had a visibly bad mood2. He wore the mask under his chin instead of mouth and nose3. He put half scoop of sauce for a whole foot long sandwich4. He didn't ask the type of cheese that I wanted and put the one I don't likeIt's not my task to give feedback to bad employees and I just left without saying anything. I'm not making a scene for a bad employee who is not in a mood to prepare a sandwich. I hope that guy can improve his attitude towards his job and clients. I also hope that the sandwich is not wasted.

Terrible customer service... Beware, your billing system is not reliable. I do not recommend it
Zero and there are two, first at their Forum Tepic branch and now at the Plaza Las Américas branch in Cancun, after queuing for more than 20 minutes they come out with that they don't have salads since they don't have containers, a little sign notifying the incident it wouldn't hurt.
Poor customer service.
If you are looking for something quick it is a good option, it is not usually full.
Practical and fast, super accessible
