The avocado, the surimi, the ingredients are very tasty... but the preparation of the rice leaves much to be desired. I don't know if the rice was hard because it was raw or if it was because it was several days old. On top of that, they went overboard with vinegar, and it dulls the other flavors of the ingredients in the roll.
