I ordered this place through Didi and I was scared because then I saw the reviews that were very bad, but I couldn't cancel. It turns out that when it arrived it was very good, everything I ordered was very tasty and well presented. The only thing that they didn't send me was the soy with chilies that I asked for and the flavor of the rolls was a little bland but they were minor details. Overall good ??

I bought at this establishment through DIDI and ordered to pick up since according to the location it was close to my house, the problem was that when I arrived it was not the point indicated, neither in Didi, nor in Google maps and I was contacting them through social networks but they didn't respond. On the platform they told me that they could not give me a refund since the establishment had indicated my package as delivered, which does not even make sense (due to the time of order and the time of delivery) in the end they responded to me in an hour and a half after and I had to go to the location they sent me to pick up my order.
I have never been demanding with establishments that offer affordable prices, but I consider it very bad faith to have made a "phantom" delivery.

The quality of the products is bad. I ordered Rappi and everything arrived mixed up due to the mishandling of the delivery man BUT that does not justify the fact that the avocado was already oxidized, the shrimp tasted strange, the kushiagues were frozen inside and the soy with chili did not even have chilis (unless they made a mistake and put pure soy with lemon instead of chili, which is the only one I had ordered), the kushiagues sauce was ketchup..
UPDATE FROM THE DAY FOLLOWING HAVING CONSUMED IT: I usually practice intermittent fasting (like 1 or 2 times a day) yesterday was my only meal, so I'm sure it hurt me, I've been in the bathroom all morning with totally diarrhea liquid and the other people I ate sushi with are also sick :/

Terrible, they don't answer calls, number outside the service area, they take a long time to deliver to you. Bad bad, waters that are going to lose money, and time….
3 and a half hours of waiting for the food to arrive, God and they still deliver it cold and bad, I don't recommend it at all.
Terrible service, we ordered through Uber Eats and they sent us an order that was not. We try to communicate and they don't answer us on the number, everything is wrong!

I like the sushi but the customer service on their WhatsApp is terrible, they take hours to answer you and once they never answered me. On another occasion, in addition to the fact that it took two hours to arrive, they sent me another customer's order.
