horrible, wayyy overcharged.
I paid 45 dollars for a plate of sautee beef veggies and they brought me water that cost 7 dollars that i thought was complimentary.
I'm commenting on this place only to share my disappointment with how they manage their customers. They only show the food menu and not the drink menu, which they recite verbally. At the end of the meal, we found ourselves paying $25 USD for a beer and $6 USD for a water. Unfair so NO propina!

Right. Getting sushi at Cancun airport is not an optimal scenario. But we were tired of Mexican and burgers and general American.Miso soup was odd.
So we went with it. It was a poor decision. Both the Spicy Tina and spicy salmon had strange textures and s flavor.
After many reviews, this is a first: AVOID.

Food was sub-par with the prices they are charging. Much better food option right past this place. My kids saw the ramen on the menu and asked to eat here. It’s about $25-30 for a small bowl of ramen. They will auto charge 15% service charge as well.

The ramen was the worst I have ever tasted in my life. Instant noodles are way more delicious than their food, and it's very expensive. My family of 5 was sitting at the bar, and it was very difficult to move our arms to eat. They had the audacity to ask for a 15% tip, but my husband told the waiter 5%. The waiter said he could only give 10%. I can't believe it.

If I could give ZERO stars I definitely would. I had to think if I was going to post a review or let it go but it needs to be made known that this lady is very unprofessional. We went to the restaurant in hopes of grabbing a bite to eat and a drink as we waited for our plane. When we initially arrived my mom plugged in her phone and the charger station was working. This lady went to the back and flipped the switch to turn off the charger ports so that we wouldn’t be able to use the chargers. The customer service was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE & I feel like my family was treated unfair due to the color of our skin. We are fairly quiet and we tip really well so this was very upsetting as we do not bother anyone. We seen all through the restaurant that there were other people not of our color using the charging stations and enjoying their food and drinks. We left and went back to our gate but my boyfriend went to the exact same area at the bar and she turned the charging ports back on. I guess because he was of a lighter complexion it was okay for him to use the charger station. He shortly called my mom to come back to charge her phone and the lady went back to the back and flipped them off again and my boyfriend noticed that his phone that was once charging was no longer charging. He called the lady to the table to address this situation and proceeded to ask for a manager. He had to wait over 10 minutes just to speak to a manager. Instead of addressing the issue their response was you can still come and buy food and drinks if you want. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. This was a birthday trip for my mother and to think that someone would treat her this way is so wrong and it angers me. We are not confrontational people at all, we are not loud and “ghetto”. We were looking to purchase food and to charge up our phones in case of an emergency since we had a small child with us. IF i ever return to Mexico I would steer clear of this place. I am attaching a picture of the woman just incase my people of color have this same issue. It really sucks to know that the color of your skin could get you such treatment. I really should have read the reviews before coming here because there is more 1 star reviews than I could count. RED FLAG. Please see the attached picture of the woman and I will be in touch with your corporate office. Also, please don’t wear white socks with black pants and black shoes, especially if you wearing high waters. Have the day you deserve ma’am.

Terrible customer service. If the cashier is bothered by you asking for drink prices, they should put them next to the product. Food ok

Food was mediocre at best and service was mid. For two people to have a bowl of ramen a bottle of water each and one person to have a margarita was 160$ cad. absolute scam never go here. Could buy a whole bottle of tequila for the price of the marg.

I am suffering from food poisoning from this establishment. Please do not eat here. I was foolish and did not look up reviews. I also was foolish for eating saw seafood at the Cancun airport. What was I thinking? Learn from my mistake! I got spicy tuna and spicy salmon with nigiri. Horrible. Started feeling sick on the plane ride.
