Food was bland, music too loud. On our vacation, this was a short walk from the resort. Would not go there again.

The servers are very dishonest. My server, Ricardo, is very crafty old man. He is very good at sweet talking and taking advantage of customers. He charged me more than triple for the price of the food.

He was very pushy and also pretending as if he is new and doesnt know what he is doing. He added tip to my bill without telling me and he also asked me for additional tip as well.

I will never eat at this restaurant again.

Scammers! Dont eat here! Beware! Fianc and I got dinner here and we were in a rushwe told the waiter we were in a rush and so Im sure he took it as an invitation to scam. They added a 20% tip, along with food we didnt order. We were in a rush and dont notice it until we left, especially with the pesos to dollars. There is no phone number to call, but we will be complaining to our credit card company, writing a review on every platform we can, and contacting Profeco. God will punish you for your u ethical behavior.

Walking towards the dock we met the attendant Erics and she was so inviting we decided to eat here and was not disappointed. Not sure about the tip at the end of the bill everyone is complaining about but if you enjoyed the food like we did you wouldnt mind! My shrimp tacos was perfection especially since I rather flour tacos over corn! Everything was perfect down to the sizzling steak perfectly season and very tasty! Thank you, if Im ever in Cancun Ill definitely return !

What a scam. We were looking for another restaurant and were hustled into this one. Ordered three burritos, guac app, one cocktail, one water and one coke. They charged us DOUBLE what the menu said. When my partner tried to look at the receipt, the waiter grabbed it and started running my card. Later in the week, another guy tried to hustle us in and we just walked away. DON'T eat here. It's bland and the staff is shady. Go to Sonora Grill instead!

Went in with high expectations left feeling taken and deceived. Our waiter/host, thought, highly of himself, and the establishment. Meal was OK, we've had better and it was definitely over priced. We were very surprised to see that a 20% tip had been added to the bill. There was no mention anywhere on the menu or elsewhere that this was going to be the case. The waiter proceeded to tell us that that tip was for the kitchen and bar staff, and that if we wanted to add a tip for him that was our prerogative. Being who we are we did add extra tip for the waiter as well. However, the real surprise came when we went to pay and he would not accept a credit card. Again no mention anywhere that credit cards were not accepted. He gave us some song and dance that the machine had fallen off the counter yesterday and was broken. If this were truly the case he should have mentioned that before we ordered. The bill came out to almost $150 US. We usually don't carry that kind of cash on us when we go out for the day however, between the three of us were able to scrounge up cash to pay the bill including the extra tip for him. Why we were extremely disappointed and quite honestly angry is that as we were leaving the restaurant we saw the same waiter holding a credit card machine and accepting a credit card from a couple that had been sitting at a table, not far from us. Such blatant deception! My husband wanted to confront him and not wanting to spoil our day even further and risk causing a scene, especially in front of the couple, I encouraged him to let it go, but the experience left a sour taste?

Decent price. Wide variety of sauces presented. Thought taco meat could be better.

When asking for drinks the waitor actively up charges you to more expensive alcohol and water. The food was some of the worst I've ever had. The chicken and steak tacos came out and were boiled meat on tortillas with no toppings, cheese, or other additions. The Salas was decent. They also included tip in the bill.

The Mayan Lime Soup is so delicious that my family always has repeat visits when we are on vacation in Cancun. We also love the fajitas with cheese. All the staff are very friendly and attentive. We love this place.

We had good food at this location. I recommend their shrimp tacos and the quesadilla. The margaritas are too good.
