Delicious head tacos!It's rare to find Cabeza tacos in Cancun but this is the best place so far.They set up after 7 pm on the reactionary sidewalk outside the Caribe on Chichen Itza avenue, almost in front of DMT.Personally, the one from Cabeza and the blue one are my favourites, a double and half-golden tortilla that they soak in the fat, onion, cabbage and sauce. Nothing healthy but delicious.
