Tacos de Cabeza (Tacos de Cabeza Danny)

I give it 3 stars out of 5, the staff is super friendly but the tacos came with little meat and the tortilla was a little cold, the sauce could be improved? They are the closest neighborhood tacos there are along the way to the Americas, I wanted to try the consommé but they didn't have it.

At the taco stalls on the street, there are two different stalls offering different foods. One stall has tacos with diced beef (without fat) and sausage tacos, both highly recommended. The other stall serves tacos made with stewed beef mixed with a little fat, all very tasty. Affordable prices! They are open until 1 a.m., next to the mall.

Good food. Literally around the corner from the hotels. Friendly workers who doesn’t take advantage of tourist on pricing. Great for a late night meal or craving.

This place surprised all our friends when we were looking for a local taco spot. They only have one type of taco which is the head of the cow and to be honest it was delicious!

Recommended by our dive master, went for dinner. Had various tacos, including saudero, all were made fresh and were delicious. Great value too, 20-22 pesos each. Will definitely go there again when we’re in Cozumel again.

A great place for tacos and super cheap! It is located on a main drag in Playa del Carmen but slightly off the more touristy area. Very clean and tidy. Our server spoke English so that was appreciated. You order is placed into the computer and the tacos come fairly quickly. The place was super busy. We ordered three tacos each and they were more than filling. Delicious tasting. Each taco priced at 19 pesos so very inexpensive. The place was packed the entire time. I highly recommend dropping in for tacos!

The taco stall doesn’t look special but it’s taste was amazing. For 20pesos each, the beef tacos are so good! One of the best tacos we had. So flavorful and the apt amount of hot. Loved it! Highly recommend for authentic Mexican flavors.
